I can’t recommend this IT specialist highly enough! They repaired my MacBook screen and keyboard the same day for a fraction of what I was quoted at Apple. From the moment I arrived, I was given a clear appointment time and we sat down together to go through everything that needed repairing, checking each item off thoroughly. She took me through all of the repairs and explained everything in a way that someone who isn’t a computer expert could easily understand, which I really appreciated. I was also provided with a warranty for the work, giving me extra peace of mind, along with helpful advice on how to maintain the repairs and look after my computer moving forward. My laptop was completely non-responsive before I brought it in, and they somehow worked their magic and brought it back to life.. it honestly felt like a miracle. The lady who assisted me, Frances, was incredibly friendly, sincere, and honest — such a pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for the amazing service and will absolutely be returning in the future and recommending to my friends and family.

Thank you to Frances for fixing my MacBook.. I was looking at replacing my broken laptop when I thought I would see if it could be repaired.. after taking it to the shop, my MacBook was completely repaired as good as new in less than 36 hours for much cheaper!! What great service!! Also apart from being an expert in computer repairs, the owner is a very knowledgeable, friendly lady. I highly recommend this business. I can see why she has such good reviews.. Frances is a very good lady running an honest business.

I though my Macbook is a goner. Other shops said that the logic board needs to be replaced and servicing was more than my budget. Went to Frances for help and told me they will try to fix it without replacing the logic board (no promises). Her husband did his magic and was able to resolve the issue at a price that I can afford. I highly recommend IT-Tech Online. Frances and her husband are miracle workers and I wish them prosperity on their line of business. Hope they will not stop helping people who are on a tight budget on laptop repairs.

I accidentally spilled coffee on my MacBook, and the authorized service center told me that I would need to replace the entire logic board, which was extremely expensive. I then took it to IT-Tech, and they fixed it very quickly at a great price. The service was excellent, and they even provided a warranty after the repair. Highly recommended. Professional, honest, and efficient service.

After researching potential repairers, I engaged IT-Tech Online to replace the increasingly problematic keyboard on my 2017 MacBook Pro. I did so on the basis of IT-Tech Online's excellent and informative Web Site, their Google customer reviews and a preliminary visit to their shop to discuss a same day repair with Frances. On dropping off my device at 11:30am, Francis observed it rocked on a flat surface indicating a swollen battery. As the device had for some time, been displaying a "Service Battery" warning, I arranged for device to be repaired with a both a new keyboard and a new battery. I picked up the repaired device the same day at 5:30pm where Frances went through the changes and we both verified a successful repair. Frances provided useful tips on cleaning the keyboard and screen and usage for long-term battery health along with a 6 month warranty on the repairs. I am very happy with the cost of repairs and the outstanding and friendly service. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending IT-Tech Online.

I took my Macbook Pro in for repair after being told by another store that it would be better to replace my mac, sighting water damage and not fixable. Honestly I can't even star to describe how good they are! They saved my life bringing back to life my laptop. I went to apple and they told me that it will cost me $1000 dollars to repair it so it was better to buy a new one, here they fix for $500 and it took them two days 😍 honestly they are the best!
