After researching potential repairers, I engaged IT-Tech Online to replace the increasingly problematic keyboard on my 2017 MacBook Pro. I did so on the basis of IT-Tech Online's excellent and informative Web Site, their Google customer reviews and a preliminary visit to their shop to discuss a same day repair with Frances. On dropping off my device at 11:30am, Francis observed it rocked on a flat surface indicating a swollen battery. As the device had for some time, been displaying a "Service Battery" warning, I arranged for device to be repaired with a both a new keyboard and a new battery. I picked up the repaired device the same day at 5:30pm where Frances went through the changes and we both verified a successful repair. Frances provided useful tips on cleaning the keyboard and screen and usage for long-term battery health along with a 6 month warranty on the repairs. I am very happy with the cost of repairs and the outstanding and friendly service. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending IT-Tech Online.

I had a great experience dealing with IT-Tech Online, I had trouble finding someone who could fix the logic board in my MacBook. A friend told me that IT-Tech Online would be able to fix it, I live in Queensland so I was nervous sending it intestate but Frances was very reassuring and I felt confident in dealing with them. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to explain what happened. You emailed us describing the issues — “Wi-Fi and Bluetooth completely failed” and “intermittent boot problem.” Based on that, we gave a rough repair cost of $300 over the phone.

When you brought in your Asus gaming laptop (with the screen cover and back cover already removed), our inspection confirmed the main board had failed. Because of this, we quoted $400 to repair it, with a No-Fix-No-Fee guarantee.

Our staff explained the situation clearly. You disagreed with the quote and chose to leave. At no point did we exaggerate — we only explained that a main board failure on a high-end laptop is not a minor problem. It is one of the most difficult and time-consuming repairs we perform.

Was able to drop it off at 11am and collect it at 4:30pm the same day. Frances has made this experience very easy, and I highly recommend both their professional service and an experienced workshop. I have a MacBook Pro 2011 17" with the AMD issue, the team has been able to bypass the fault AMD card, and allow just the Intel card to work, making this machine still great to use. This was completed back in September 2020 and I'm posting this review on the same machine in June 2025! Great work, highly recommended repair, gives the machine a new life.

I didn’t get past 30 seconds on the phone. The person who answered my call was extremely rude. Attention, I left a negative review, telling about my experience with this company. About 2 hours later I get a phone call from the company, asking me why I left a negative review. Asking me to take it down. After a few minutes of this continuous complaining, I put the phone down, as for some reason I could not hang up the call. About half an hour after that, they call back. Again with questioning why I left a bad review. If the boss is reading this, how dare you allow your employees to call my private phone, and harass customers. Do not do business with this company.

Honestly I can't even star to describe how good they are! They saved my life bringing back to life my laptop. I went to apple and they told me that it will cost me $1000 dollars to repair it so it was better to buy a new one, here they fix for $500 and it took them two days 😍 honestly they are the best!

IT - tech one line were the ONLY company I could find that were prepared to fixed my macbook at logic board level, and save the need for a completely new board resulting in loosing all my data. Multiple visits to apple and an attempt with their recommended data recovery company, I was told it was a lost cause. Frances and her husband successfully recovered my data and upgraded the MacBook logic boards spec’s returning it to me as it was before it died A joy to deal with start to finish , could not recommend highly enough.
