Terrible experience!I have paid AED 2000 for a cubical shower and after 3 days the doors were not closing anymore. They came back to fix, but after another week same problem again. Now they don't answer anymore, and I am left with an open cubical. Don't trust, terrible work with cheap materials.

Found these guys in a Google search. Very reasonable price and great service. Responded to me instantly and came out within 24 hours to fit a fixed glass shower screen for me. The 2 guys did the job in only 25 minutes. Very happy and highly recommend.

Since Nakheel DLP is a joke who always tries to cut corners and doesn't get anything done in like forever, I was looking for a private contractor to replace my shattered shower glass door. Further to this, when our building contractors did not want to fit the screens themselves, we contacted IST Works to explain and they sent a team out the very next day. Very poor execution and quality of work! Those who rate this company 4/5 stars have apparently never seen a well executed and professional work. We contracted this company to refit glass in the bathroom due to a leaking door (a poor job by another company prior to this). The crew did the work without using any protective materials to cover refurbished floor in the bathroom and ended up staining it all over with near to impossible to remove silicone stains, and after the refitting the door doesn’t sit straight. I wouldn’t trust these guys with any retrofitting. Photos are after we cleaned the floor.

We earn this rating by providing professional services and quality assurance. Our clients are honest about their perceptions & experiences. They are not biased to their mood swings or interest. Your conflict of interest begins when our technical team refused to performed additional cleaning requirements (because we are not cleaning company) and we have a video as proof for reference. You hired our services for water leakage resolution and we have dully performed our task and handover to you since yesterday. The pictures you are sharing are not related to our scope of work. We clearly informed our clients about maintenance related work & it's outcomes in case of finishing and adjustments. Your WhatsApp conversion is quite opposite with the review you are sharing. You don't want to pay to protect your tiles neither you ask for it in advance. We simply cannot performed cleaning services on your desires because we are Glass company only and we take or clean our scoped debris only. As you came to us by complaining another company and sent us the reference pictures, in those pictures your tiles level was out as well and that is what you want to put on our shoulders as well.

We always provide professional services and quality assurance to our clients.
