Michael and his team are incredible.
I called with insane Microsoft issue, where they (MS) failed to take one of two direct debit payments from the SAME account that have been ongoing every month for 18 months. They deactivate my account - gone completely, couldn't even login
because of their error!!
The IS team slotted me in, despite being flat out and it was fixed within hours. Every time I need help, the IS team go so far over and beyond which is what service used to be like. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you🙏

Michael is a legend, he has helped me setup my new laptop in Caulfield North. He even arrived earlier than expected so i was about to get my work done fast! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a local IT expert.

Just before Xmas my computer died so I called Intuitive Strategy who I knew that Ben was working over the Xmas break so I called them and booked Ben to come over. Ben had a look and gave me the bad news it was stuffed. Ben used his phone and sourced me another unit and once he got it he recovered what he could and set up my new one. I also had to buy a new screen. I could go on but the important thing is that the 3 guys at Intuitive Strategy are fantastic. They come on time and they don’t over charge and they know there stuff so I can’t recommend them more highly over other companies. If you need computer fixers give them a call.

Unfortunately they could not fix my problem being hacked through my Microsoft account. However, they were very easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to go back to them if I ever had any further IT issues.
