Islander Pools and Spas Inc. Reviews

Claire Van Valkenburgh 2026.11.01

From start to finish, Islander Pools and Spa has been amazing to work with. When we went in to purchase a hot tub, Moe explained all of our options to us and helped us pick the tub that was perfect for our needs. As first time hot tub owners, we were unfamiliar with the set up process. Islander Pools gave us detailed directions for the saltwater tub we purchased. At one point, we had additional questions for getting our numbers correct and we needed some guidance. We contacted customer service. They answered the phone immediately and were able to walk us through the process without hesitation. They answered all of our questions immediately putting us at ease. We absolutely and without hesitation recommend Islander Pools. Claire and Mike Van Valkenburgh

Kenny was our sales rep. We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful. We had a very simple issue with the wiring on the sub panel. Service guys came out, discovered the issue, fixed it and had us up and running in about 20 minutes. We are very much looking forward to enjoying our hot tub for years to come and have comfort knowing that Islander will be there for us if and when we need them.

Everything was great and smooth right until they sold me a hot tub. After the purchase was made and the hot tub got delivered i feel like they don't care about me anymore. I purchased my hot tub 3month ago. I already sent multiple email on the first week about my issues (my hot tub came with no wifi although during the purchase process they made us believe it will come with it, he even showed us a QR code and made us download the HotSpring app) I contacted the manager who sold me the spa but i haven't received any response via email for weeks, so i went in in person and talked with him about it. He said he will look into the wifi questions and will get back to me on the same day. Well...it's been a month and i haven't received a single call from them. I even sent a follow up email a week ago again and got zero response again. Really disappointing.

Mike did a water analysis on my pool due to algae build-up. It cleared up within hours. Highly recommend Islander Pools.
