“Pool School” was definitely worth the time. Ken did a great job of explaining all the ins and outs of closing up a pool for the winter. It was especially helpful to see firsthand how to attach the cover to the same style of pool that we purchased.
Zack is amazing in the parts area at Islander. I always seem to be messing something up when repairing my hot tub, but he always tells me "everyone does that" and walks me through the solution.

We bought a new pool this year from Islander. Everyone was so helpful. They also gave a class on the proper way to close a pool which was great. They help with everything you will ever need for your pool. Hailey, Mike, and Andy have been great! We have been to other pool companies and I have to say, they far exceeded all of them. I would highly recommend anyone to Islander.
