Finding a pool was the easiest and simplest when we came to Islander Pools! All the way from install to Pool School and questions in between, they were phenomenal! For a family who has never owned a pool before, Islander Pools made this experience super simple! Our pool was clear all season and super easy to take care of! We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a one stop shop! They were fantastic!

Everything was great and smooth right until they sold me a hot tub. After the purchase was made and the hot tub got delivered i feel like they don't care about me anymore. I purchased my hot tub 3month ago. I already sent multiple email on the first week about my issues (my hot tub came with no wifi although during the purchase process they made us believe it will come with it, he even showed us a QR code and made us download the HotSpring app) I contacted the manager who sold me the spa but i haven't received any response via email for weeks, so i went in in person and talked with him about it. He said he will look into the wifi questions and will get back to me on the same day. Well...it's been a month and i haven't received a single call from them. I even sent a follow up email a week ago again and got zero response again. Really disappointing.
