If you’re looking for outstanding products, customer service and expertise, Islander Pools in Colonie is the place to go. I am lucky to have been a longtime customer of the this place especially for the recent issue I had opening my pool. Forget about the store immediately identifying the issue, Recommending the parts I needed and Having them in stock…the customer service from owner, Chris DiBianco and his staff really made the impression! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this he and his staff genuinely care about its customers. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which makes every visit stress-free. I explained the issues with my pump system and immediately I had everything I needed. Chris even followed up with two phone calls to make sure everything was in place and it was working. Made suggestions for future openings too. How appreciative I am!! Chris went above and beyond for me. His dedication, honesty, and personal attention are rare to find these days. I Highly recommend Islander Pools to anyone looking for quality products, expert advice, and a customer-first experience!

Had a new pool installed on Monday. Home construction did an awesome job in and out in less than 4 hours. Went to pick up my supplies today and was taken care of by Abigail. I can't say enough on how helpful she was and informative I my new pool maintenance. Islander is very lucky to have her as an employee. All and all I am extremely please with Islander pools and would highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about the whole Islander team! Rick, Joe, the careful delivery team, and the knowledgeable service team are amazing. Every detail was covered. Joe and Rick worked as a team to care for the sales and financing process which went exactly as they explained in store. Since the install, Rick has answered all our maintenance questions on numerous occasions and he was spot on. Rick even personally ensured our home setup was perfect. We love our new hot tub! Extremely satisfied customers!

Great service. Nick sold me a pool 5 years ago. We love every pool season. Buy the chemicals at a discount, before the season starts. Our salt system is much less costly than chlorine. Have them test the water as often as you like.
