By far, some traditions do not change. Irvin H. Hahn has a tradition of truly providing an original masterpiece. If only other companies providing goods and services would keep to some of their original traditions of making and providing products with the best materials, instead of going the cheaper route. Yes, processes ought to change, but products in their original form are best done the right way, like what Irvin H. Hahn provides. You will only receive the best from this company!

I recently received a 3rd in series Baltimore Police Department badge, which I purchased for a shadow box for my late great uncle, who was killed in the line of duty. The badge is heirloom quality and absolutely gorgeous. I contacted customer service with some questions and they were extremely helpful answering my questions. I can't say enough about both the actual buckle I just received, and the extremely efficient and pleasant customer service experience at Irvin H. Hahn. I had ordered a new buckle for a position I was just appointed to. The incredible fact is they were able to do this custom buckle with a fairly rare "lightning bolts/fist" insignia which represents Communications (or Fire alarm). And of course, once I placed my order, I realized it was for the wrong size belt. Anyway, Ben handled my issue with aplomb and within minutes my error was completely rectified. The quality is outstanding and I'm guessing we will be back for additional orders very soon (I'll try to get the belt size right this time!). Thank you Irvin H. Hahn for my new buckle!
