BEWARE! EXTREME CONSUMER DECEPTION AND ZERO SERVICE
This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any business. After purchasing a product that didn't fit, they tried to manipulate me into 'upgrading' for an additional fee instead of fixing their mistake.
When I requested a cancellation, they simply vanished. I waited 4 days for a response, only to have a courier show up at my door without any prior coordination or confirmation that I was even home.
The store manager personally promised to call me back two weeks ago—I am still waiting. I have dealt with blatant lies and even verbal threats over the phone.
IMPORTANT: I have everything recorded and documented. This business operates with total disregard for the law and its customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. A complete scam!"
UPDATE: The business response below is a complete fabrication. I have saved all the WhatsApp recordings of your threats and the lies told by your staff. Attempting to frame me as "unresponsive" after you ignored me for days is pathetic. I am moving forward with legal action. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES.

You showed clear interest in our i03v2 model and personally requested a home demo. After being satisfied, you voluntarily placed the order by paying a ₹1000 advance.
Before dispatch, we conducted door verification based on the details/photos shared by you, and everything was confirmed accordingly.
As per your concern regarding courier scams, we arranged personal delivery through our staff, completed the handover, and collected payment as per your request.
During installation, it was found that your door already had a larger mortise lock, requiring additional modification work.
👉 This critical detail was not disclosed during verification, despite multiple confirmations from our team.
As per policy, modification work is chargeable. Still, we offered you:
A suitable alternative lock
OR a return option
Even then, as a goodwill gesture, we approved a 100% refund, despite operational costs involved.
We arranged multiple pickup attempts. Initially, you were unavailable to coordinate, which delayed the process. Eventually, we successfully picked up the product and processed your full refund.
