A Rare and Remarkable Gift: In the Arms of Grace Hospice
What a blessing it was to find such an extraordinary company as In the Arms of Grace. They exceeded every expectation in their hospice care during the final months of my beloved wife's life, who passed away in April 2025 at the age of 96.
As her primary caregiver, I was overwhelmed by uncertainty. How would I find the right hospice provider? What services were available? What would it cost? How would everything be handled when the time came?
Thankfully, I was referred to In the Arms of Grace and their senior administrator, Kevin Tutunjian. From my very first conversation with Kevin, I knew I had found the right place. He patiently answered every question—many I didn’t even know to ask.
Over the following six weeks, I spoke with Kevin dozens of times. He was always available—either answering immediately or returning my calls within minutes. I even once called in the middle of the night, and he reassured me it was no trouble at all.
Because of my own health issues, Kevin made it possible for me to complete all the necessary paperwork remotely. Though we’ve never met in person, I can say without hesitation that he is an extraordinarily compassionate and capable person. He and his team ensured my wife received everything she needed: a hospital bed, commode, oxygen, medications—and most importantly, attentive, caring nurses who visited daily.
One of those nurses was with my wife when she passed. He pronounced her death, and within 10 minutes, Kevin called me. He then contacted the full-body donation organization we had arranged with, and the process was handled gently and seamlessly, without me having to lift a finger.
It is rare to find an organization that so genuinely goes the extra mile—offering not only expert and efficient care but deep compassion and humanity throughout. And incredibly, all of this came at no cost to me.
In the Arms of Grace is not just a hospice company. They are a gift.

We had a great experience with In the Arms of Grace. They provided top notch care for my mom for a good part of a year. They kept us up to date with any changes outside of our every other day visits us kids were doing. They were responsive to any questions we had or concerns. Great communication from Kevin at all times. If he didn't answer a call, he would return the call very quickly, usually only minutes later. Thank you for everything you and your team did for my mom.
We used In The Arms of Grace Hospice before my uncle's passing. There were many things that impressed me, but Kevin, who ran things was at the top. In a tough situation like this, communication is key and Kevin was fantastic. If I had a question of what the plan was, or what was happening as my Uncle's condition changed, Kevin always returned my call promptly. And if he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. That is really important to family members and I appreciate it very much. It made a very difficult time much easier. I highly recommend In The Arms of Grace Hospice.
Kevin and his team at In The Arms of Grace Hospice helped me and my family in our most critical time. My grandmother who raised me since I was a little child was a strong and energetic woman her whole life, but dementia and declining health took so much away from her. I contacted Kevin Tutunjian, the President, several months before admitting my mother into Hospice Care. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. During these months we talked several times and he continued to help my family understand Hospice and continued to answer our questions with such kindness. This was a very difficult time for my sister and me, and we really felt like we had a partner during this journey with In The Arms of Grace Hospice. When it came time to admit our Mom to Hospice Care, we felt very comfortable knowing she would be well cared for. The nursing staff, the doctor, the social worker, and the medical staff that came to check in on and bathe our Mom were absolutely wonderful, kind, gentle, loving and compassionate. We knew that our mom was in excellent care during the final weeks of her life, and that gave us great peace. Absolutely, a complete pro when it comes to handling things! Kevin played a pivotal role as our point of contact. He consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of attentiveness to our loved one's requirements, going above and beyond by assisting us in resolving concerns with the care facility. My dad had Glioblastoma (brain cancer) and I am eternally thankful to Kevin for his thoughtfulness and care for my dad. Kevin is so on top of things and we wouldn't have been able to properly care for my dad without Kevin's help. The senior home my dad was in was very understaffed and Kevin went out of his way to communicate with the senior home to make sure they provided my dad the attention he needed. Kevin was amazing at communicating with all of our family members, gathering information from the hospice nurses and the staff at the senior home to determine the right level of care for my dad and anticipate what should come next. He is super responsive and would always provide detailed information to make sure we could put our mind at rest and that all of our concerns and questions were answered. I was worried about my dad's oxygen machine not working and Kevin even answered my call on Thanksgiving day.

Kevin and the entire hospice team were a Godsend for my family as we chose to care for our 93 year old grandma at home. Kevin would pick up the call in the middle of the night, and never made us feel like we were bothering him. The company was solution-driven and ethical. Jacob and Suzy were the best nursing team and Nairi and Rita gave showers to my grandma with dignity. Our family can not imagine going through this process without this amazing company and their service.
My Aunt had developed many different ailments and sicknesses by the end of her life and was living a miserably difficult life. We didn’t know what to do in any way shape or form, until we met the staff at In the Arms of Grace. The staff was very punctual and gentle and gracious with my aunt and with me too. They were always on time and communicated with us perfectly. Up until her very last day Suzy and Ruzanna and Gevorg were extremely intent on keeping her comfortable and us informed.
