The Pope aka BOBBY/Roseann Liberstein Intense Movers Alex/Hansel/Ryan/lane all the workers were great prepackaged and moving furniture wrapping boxes and disassemble and protecting all the expensive furniture. Interstate move from Brooklyn NY down to West Palm beach Florida in 2 days and moved fast to storage and home. Everything was fair price except added materials/boxes/blankets were alittle too much. but overall very good. would like to hire them again and Alex/Hansel work good as a team would like them back again. Thanks again guys!!

These guys are legit! Don't waste any more time researching movers - just hire them. i just used them for an out of state move and they were prompt, efficient and super nice. and the best part - affordable! (a friend of mine used them 4 times.) thanks to paul and his team for a stress-free move! i would definitely use them again. EDIT: I just used Intense for the 3rd time. I'll never use another moving company again.

No waiting on long phone lines or tacky sales pitches. You email them what you need, they give a quote and you make a decision. My go to movers FOREVER. I would give 10 stars if Google allowed. Such a great experience. Eric and Ryan were wonderful. Very careful, and very thoughtful with the whole process. They were punctual and got things done efficiently but were not rushed. They protected everything very well and I felt that my furniture was in good hands. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone in my circle who is moving!! I've moved with Intense twice now, once between apartments not far away from each other in Brooklyn and just recently from Brooklyn to central Jersey. The experience has been shockingly good both times. The communication is great over email during the inventory/quote stage and with the team lead over text the night before and throughout moving day. Everything was very upfront and flexible if changes needed to be made to the inventory. Communication was super clear on moving day about what to expect and who's responsible for tolls/tickets where applicable. Expect to be very involved in making sure the correct items make it on to the truck and where they should land on the other side, but in my experience that only inspired confidence. Everything arrived safely except for the table that has lost a leg a few times in the past (it's not well designed and fragile because of it) and that table was set aside to make sure we talked about it before they left. On top of the greatness of the movers and dispatch, the cost is very very reasonable. It would be very easy to pay twice as much. Ask for Santos. You won't be disappointed.

I have used Intense Movers twice for moves within Brooklyn and Queens and have had great experiences both times. They are very transparent with their costs. I had several fragile items that increased my costs but I knew from using them before that I could trust them to get things done smoothly without any lost items or damages so I didn't hesitate to book with them again. My three movers were great and got my 1 bedroom apartment loaded and unloaded in about an hour each leaving me the rest of the day to get settled. Santos was in touch the evening before to check in and the morning of to make sure things went smoothly. I highly recommend them for your next move!

I found out about intense movers from quick google search, and also read up on Reddit about them. Nothing but good things were said. Shot them a quick email with a very basic list of things that had to be moved along with few things that had to be disassembled like tv wall mounts and bed frames. I usually hate emailing companies for quotes as there tends to always be a delay in response. But intense movers were “intense” with the speed of their response times. Sometimes within minutes! On reviews I did read that their pricing was extremely good and it almost felt like one of those “too good to be true” moments. Shoutout first of all to the office team for their professional responses and turnaround times and their accuracy. I did end up having to send back edited list of items as we couldn’t really figure out what were throwing away and taking with us but each and every single time, they were extremely nice and professional and sent us back updated estimates. We ended up hiring them for both packing (the day before the move) and the moving itself. We’ve had santos for 2 days. 1st day he came with someone else for the packing portion. Second day was the move day and he also showed up. Santos, Jay, and Kojo were the movers today and I don’t even know the word to describe how excellent they were. They were really friendly, courteous and helped us with basically EVERYTHING. They made sure everything was boxes, wrapped and transported safely, and moved to our new place. They did not leave until they triple checked with us that everything is where they should be. I mean I just don’t know if I could have asked for a better experience. Moving for us was a lot of stress and we instantly felt so much at ease knowing that they were the ones helping us. I’d recommend intense movers and santos if he’s available to anyone and everyone. They deserve more than 5 stars Google allows us to give.

I’ve used Intense Movers for all of my moves in New York and, up until recently, I was always very satisfied with their professionalism and care. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The crew didn’t bring enough furniture blankets, which left several of my furniture pieces scratched and chipped. Even worse, because much of the furniture was left uncovered, one mover’s heavy sweating left all of my dining chairs and desk chair with large yellow stains and an odor that I haven’t been able to remove. When I raised these issues, Intense Movers told me they would reimburse me for the damages if I sent photos. I did so promptly, but after that they stopped responding. I followed up multiple times and was ignored. What makes this so frustrating is that I was a loyal repeat customer who trusted them to treat my belongings with care. Instead, I was left with damaged furniture and no accountability. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company.
