I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Tim I came in with the worst neck and shoulder pain truly indescribable , radiating down into my mid-back and arm. I felt absolutely miserable. I’ve been going to Dr. Tim for years, and have always been so happy with my experience! I recently went in for recurring lower back pain and honestly didn’t expect to feel a difference that fast—but I did. He had me get an updates X-ray since it had been a few years, and I feel like that made all the difference. I have had neck and shoulder issues for years from playing golf and rotator cuff surgery. Going through many steroid injections for 5+ years with little relief. So, I decided to try Soft Wave at Integrative Physical Health. After only one treatment I felt relief. Now it’s been 3 weeks of treatment and I am amazed the pain in the shoulder has subsided. I started going to see Dr. Tim because of my constant headaches. I’d get them a couple times a week ranging from mild tension headaches to throbbing migraines. I popped Exedrin or Tylenol to medicate and looked forward to monthly massages that helped a bit. After a month at IPH the headaches are gone and I feel great. Highly recommend!

Soft wave therapy has been a game changer for me. I have suffered over 10 years and endured 6 surgeries on my feet due to arthritis in my great toes. The scar tissue that formed was debilitating. The pain held me back from so many activities. I couldn’t imagine my future continuing on this path. I tried everything imaginable and nothing helped until I found Soft Wave therapy. I immediately started feeling “space” between the bones in my feet and a portion of my chronic pain disappeared after only one treatment! As sessions ticked by my constant pain and swelling started to dissipate. Daily activities are so much easier. My physical therapist can feel and create movement in my feet that was non existent prior to SW. I am a golfer and not only are my rounds less painful by far, I’m also finally able to crouch down in a squat on my toes for the first time in over a decade. I’m getting stronger every day! I had constant migraines with neck pain for years. Dr. Tim used adjustments as well as the Softwave and it changed my life. Since starting I’ve had no migraines at all and rarely any neck discomfort.
