Very disappointing that they boast so much about their place, yet behave like the worst kind of neighbors — noisy, inconsiderate, and destructive. The marina club shows no respect for the community; it’s constantly loud and crowded with people who only seem interested in partying and drinking nonstop. Salsa music every morning! Latino culture is the best part of this place! Loud music disgusting….

I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is quiet. It’s not far from the main tourist areas in Key West. Hotel offers shuttle. Service was mid at best. One of the front desk clerks seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered with anything. Also the room was nice but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. I will only go back to this hotel if the price is low otherwise I will find something else.

Loved this hotel!! Everything was perfect; the location, the friendly and attentive staff, the restaurants on site and complimentary shuttle service. The staff at this hotel definitely offer excellent customer service (something that has become a rarity these days.) Most important, this hotel was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Sunset is far and away the finest marina and mooring facility with the most supportive staff I have experienced anywhere up to east coast from the Canadian border in Maine, and south to the Keys. Never a pretentious superyacht enclave, but a down to earth cruiser friendly stopover with excellent facilities from free laundry, dinghy docks, free parking, easy walking access to town and key shops, and on and on. Nicolle Sullivan is the go-to, very personable and helpful Manager in the office. Need assistance? Directions? Nicolle will jump to with a smile and have you sorted out…a key member of their small, family-like employee base. With shout outs also to Nate, Jason, Kevin and Manager Matt. I am a return cruiser, and each stay gets longer and longer, one day I might need a long term berth….

We have been coming here since fall of 2021. We missed last season as we went south for hurricane season instead of north and the upgrades are nice renovated bathrooms and shower facilities, laundry inclusion with new large load machines, the activities that really build the community are super fun and appreciated. It’s also the first time we took advantage of the lounge for marina guests. Candy was a cheery addition at the fuel dock when we first arrived making us feel very welcomed. And as always Nicole at the Dockmaster office always friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to our next stay ❣️
