Insulation Labs Reviews

P J Ruggiero 2026.10.02

Insulation Lab is amazing! They not only did what they said they would, but did more! Everyone was professional and the crew left a clean area taking all debris with them. PLUS, they did the job in one day. If you need your insulation replaced or just require an inspection, give them a call - you will be treated well and with complete honesty. They are only interested in providing you with the best results.

We are very happy with insulation labs, doing insulation in the attic. The two workers who came were on time, did a great job and were very clean and efficient. When they left there was not one thing out of place, and we didn’t have to clean anything up after them. Thank you!

William, thank you for sharing your experience. We are pleased our team was punctual, efficient, and left your attic spotless. It means a lot to hear you did not need to clean up. We appreciate you choosing us and would be glad to help with future projects.

I would stay away from this company based on my experience with their management and the complete lack of professionalism I encountered. I contacted them regarding insulation work completed at my home in 2022 because I had recently been given concerns about its current condition. I was simply trying to get an explanation, verify what work had been completed, and let them know what other professionals had observed. I also explained that I would be having a city inspector evaluate it. Instead of having a professional conversation, Angel, the Operations Manager, raised his voice, spoke over me, and became extremely intense and intimidating. I was genuinely trying to understand the situation, not argue with him. Regardless of what the inspection ultimately finds, the way I was spoken to was enough for me to decide that I will not work with this company again. I no longer feel comfortable or confident having them perform additional work on my home. I will have the insulation independently inspected and address any necessary work elsewhere. Based on my experience with management alone, I cannot recommend this company.

Isaias completed some amazing insulation work for our home. Radiant barrier, attic fan and fixed all my broken soffit vents.

Michael and Julio were great with communication and scheduling the additional gutters I requested to be added to the back of my home. Michael answered all of my questions and provided great additional recommendations with no added pressure to make a decision. They were able to complete the job in one day - if not a matter of hours and the gutters blend seamlessly with the exterior of our home.

Insulation Labs was recommended by my HVAC company (Titan Air Conditioning, Inc.) to completely overhaul my attic & perform an "Attic Cleanup Bundle." After discovering some of my duct connections were wrapped in asbestos, a specialized asbestos abatement company was hired to remove the asbestos & everything in contact with it. After that was completed, Insulation Labs was hired to: Remove all of the old blown-in insulation (with a giant vacuum); sanitize the attic; Air Seal any openings into the attic including any electrical wiring or fixtures (ceiling lights, attic fans & plumbing/HVAC pipes or runs). Also included was Rodent Exclusion (performed by a pest control company) - sealing up any places that allowed entrance or exit into or out of the attic. And finally, Installing R38 roll-in fiberglass insulation (cut to fit inside of the rafters). The entire crew (up to 6 or 8 individuals) were AWESOME! Especially Victor & Domingo! They were constantly giving me updates & progress reports on what was happening, & if I asked a question, they would stop what they were doing & give me their full undivided attention, completely explaining things, & then make sure my question was answered, & then inquire if I had any more questions! They were amazing & top notch individuals - representing your company with honor & distinction, & reassuring me that you were definitely the right company for the job! THANK YOU for employing such wonderful & professional people!

described my project and asked for quotes on Yelp. several contractors replied, including Insulation Labs. however this company was the only one who went full pressure with getting my full contact info: name, address, phone, email. in other words, they pushed to create a lead with my info. for 3 full days, i received 3-4 texts and IMs every day pressuring me not just for a way to communicate but for all my lead info. i IM'd that i would take my business elsewhere, and for the past 5 days have STILL been receiving 3-4 texts and IMs every day pressuring me for this info. pay attention! this kind of behavior makes your company look greedy and incompetent. they can't even START a project with basic respect

Excellent, professional experience from beginning to end. We worked with Insulation Labs on both attic insulation and air duct replacement. The initial discussions and walk through with their team were very structured and organized, and the team rep Joe did a stellar job talking us through the process and what was needed, in detail that was clear and precise. And they had competitive, good pricing, which I compared against other bids. From there, the team was great, setting up things professionally and quickly with Julio, their PM. Very communicative and helpful, and Charlene on their team was fast and meticulous about sorting things out with us and the needed paperwork. The team that came and worked for two days was incredible. Armando and his team communicative, professional, and very thorough. They prepped our house really well, cleaned out the old attic insulation in a really systematic and organized way, and dealt with anything that came up with a great attitude and thoughtful solutions. They coordinated well with their team offsite and I received proactive comms from all of them along the way. They also took the time to show us progress along the way and explain everything. Honestly, we have had different companies come work on the house since we moved here and Insulation Labs were by far the most professional, hard-working, and high quality. We really appreciated this trustworthy and reliable team and strongly recommend them.

I hired Insulation Labs to insulate my whole attic. The entire process was smooth and the crew showed up on time. They texted me ~30 minutes before arriving and set up their barriers promptly before starting any work. It took several hours but they still finished relatively early in the day and communicated with me the whole time.

I had Insulation Labs replace the insulation and ducts in our attic, as well as repair some issues on the roof. I was on a tight deadline to get a bunch of work done before moving my family into our new home, and they worked within our schedule to get it all done on time! They were very upfront and communicative about all of the work required as it spanned multiple days. Great service.

Insulation Labs is a good company, you will get more services for your attic insulation with a cheaper price compared to other companies that I had requested for quotes. - Jon, the company's rep showed up on time and gave me a detail quote, he was honest, no gimmick type of guy and all services prices were clearly listed. It was A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. - Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't go through with this company, however, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience with this insulation company from start to finish. From signing the contract to full completion of the work took less than two weeks, and they even delivered a finaled permit without me having to chase anything down. They handled the entire permitting process and scheduling on their end, which made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the home. Everything was completed on time, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I also want to specifically call out Michael, the salesperson, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He made sure everything stayed on track and answered all my questions clearly. Overall, I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for insulation work done right and done fast.
