I chose Dr. Alexandre Prassinos as my surgeon after extensive research. He is an ivy league graduate and truly has a passion for what he does. During my consultations he never pressured me for “more” he just wanted what was best, healthiest and would make me happy. He did a wonderful job on my tummy tuck with liposuction.
The team he has with him is wonderful! From the front desk to the nurses- everyone is very intelligent and caring.

I had a breast reduction and liposuction of upper back, upper side(s) ribcage and upper abdomen done last year, 2025, by Dr Shah. He also suggested a tummy tuck, which I would have benefited from, as a heavier individual, but I was hesitant to even do the liposuction so I decided against it. My main goal was to relieve my back pain, not necessarily for looks. I would have thought a plastic surgeon would have been more precise as now one of my nipples is not centered in my areola and my abdomen, just above my naval, was left deformed. There was a horizontal ridge of uneven, protruding tissue left behind from the aggressive liposuction around the front of my belly. I was assured at every follow up visit that it was simply swelling and would go away. It did not. I was then told the only way to get rid of it was to have an abdominoplasty but he would, “give me a good deal on it” pricewise. After several attempts to get the staff to give me his quote for the procedure I never received it. It was actually suggested by another of my medical providers to sue the man. I ended up finding a surgeon from elsewhere to try to correct his work.

I can't refer to your specific case of HIPAA but in general a tummy tuck would get most people to a great place. We would to have another chance. Thank you for sharing your feedback. At our practice, we always want to make sure every patient is supported their their journey! The problem is time. Every year after surgery, the body is changing and growing which can affect the results. If it's been a very long time, then it can be frustrating. I had a very wonderful experience there. I felt very comfortable with the staff and the doctor himself. The doctor thoroughly explained everything to me, answered all my questions and I can’t wait to continue this journey.!

My experience has been nothing but amazing! Dr. Shah and the entire team at CIPS are absolutely wonderful. They explained every step of the process clearly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. After surgery, they checked on me multiple times and were incredibly thorough!
