If i could give 1000 stars, I would. This company, hands-down, is the most knowledgeable, honest, and hard -working as they come. He not only diagnosed and corrected all problems as they arose, but also just alerted us to a major leak happening in our crawl space that we may never had known. I will forever be a client and recommend to whomever needs their services!!

Joe and his father installed a ductless mini split AC system in my home. The job was challenging because the vents needed to be installed on the third floor of a 100 year old brick house and the condenser was installed 6 feet high on wall brackets. It was obvious during the initial estimate visit that Joe was very knowledgeable and confident that he can do the job right. He provided a very competitive price estimate. Joe is a very good communicator and always answers phone calls and text messages promptly. At the end I was very pleased with the results of the installation. All the tubes and lines were neatly arranged and secured. The job was completed in one day with all areas inside and outside left spotless. He then provided us with excellent instructions on how to operate our new system with the remote. I am glad that I went with Landis rather than one of the larger companies where you have to pay for huge staffs and advertising. These guys earned the good ratings that you see on Google.

Dustin, who works for Landis was punctual. He assessed my issue with furnace and listened to my problem as i explained to him. He was very approachable, easy to talk to and understand as he explained what tepairs were done to my furnace. Gave very hood instruction and completed the job as explained. I wil lcontinue do business with Landis for all my ac and heating needs from now on. I was very comfotable with Dustin. Kudos to landis for employing such a knowledgeable person.

Joe is an absolute professional. He is upfront about cost and what options can be long-term vs. short term solutions depending on budgets. Joe made communication a top priority throughout the entire installation process and worked around our schedules to get the job done. I could not recommend Joe enough for any of your HVAC needs. He is one of the good ones!
Great company! We called them at 7am for our heating not working in 15 degree weather and they were able to install a whole new drain pipe the same day and get our furnace running.

We had an issue with our humidifier, that interfaces with the HVAC, not working. The humidity in the house was down to 21%. Dustin if Landis HVAC came out and determined the problem to be a broken wire. He repaired it and all is well. Joe Landis is so helpful and responsive. Thank you so much.

Joe and his team were great from start to finish! After a very quick process of doing a walkthrough of my existing equipment and then going over the various incentive programs we settled on replacing the Furnace, AC, and hot water heater so that I could qualify for the rebate to get my attics reinsulated.
It took two days for them to finish the equipment installs and the team took pride in their work making my 1960's mess of a utility corner look brand new and accessible for future maintenance.
Would definitely recommend Landis AC and Heating to anyone!
My HVAC system was making a loud noise, so I called Landis. Joe stopped by the house to look at the problem. He was very knowledgeable of what was wrong with the system. He made some suggestions and I agreed. Joe and his team replaced my heating and AC system. Within a couple of hours, the new system was up and running, cooling us down from the heat. I was please with Landis service. They were professional and clean. I highly recommend Landis service.
Replacing a HVAC system is expensive, and requires preparation ..i did my due diligence and Landis HVAC exceeded my expectations in all areas. Joe was prompt and knowledgeable, regarding my needs as well as my options. One company offered their top of the line system, for twice what i paid Landis HVAC, then proceeded to lower the cost THREE TIMES! When i didn't cave to their high pressure sales tactics.
Joe Landis was professional, answered all my questions and never once resorted to "high pressure sales tactics". The system was installed in one day and i feel confident, if i ever have a question or concern Joe will answer the call.
