I appreciate all the effort that went into coordinating a time and date for the inspection. Each time I called, someone was available to answer, which I truly value. Although it was unfortunate that the inspection could not be completed due to safety concerns, the situation ultimately provided me with helpful clarity regarding the tenant.

The inspectors were on time and very professional. They gave me a quick rundown of some of the highlights and I received the report in my email within 4 hours after the inspection was completed. The inspectors had requests for business cards from two other people while they were onsite, one was the home seller and the other was a handyman I brought with me. InsideOut Inspection Plus made my decision to move forward with the purchase an easier decision. Thanks!!
