Beautiful spaciousness apartment
Marzia and Toni greeted us when we got there. They were so sweet and accommodating. They explained everything and gave us suggestions of places to go. The apartment is even prettier than in the pictures and is very spacious. Just a quick walk to the train station. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

Lovely apartment in Rome
Marzia and Toni are lovely hosts. The apartment is quiet, neat and very comfortable. It has everything you would need for a holiday in Rome, and well served by public transport connections. It is about 30mins away by walk from the Circo Massimo and a further 10min will get you to the Colosseum. Also, there are cafes and restaurants within the area. Will be back!! Wir waren hier mit unseren Töchtern (12 Jahre und 1 Jahr). Die zwei Zimmer waren hierfür super.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben.
Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten um die Unterkunft gibt es viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und auch einen Fresh market der von ca. 7-14 Uhr (das schwankt wohl nach Lust und Laune) geöffnet hat.
3 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt fährt der Bus 170, welcher ins Zentrum fährt.
Fazit: Super Lage, tolle Gastgeber, gerne wieder.

Just perfect, was here for the fourth time. no need to look for another apartment
This apartment is just perfect. Clean, well furnished, well equipped, with everything you need. Thick walls, which keep it cool during the day, if you remember to keep the sun out .This make aircon unnecessary. There is well functioning aircon in all room, but we like to save the environment. And very important to us, there is a nice balcony facing the quiet green yard, with lots of trees and bird. Sitting here you forget you are in a big city. It is situated in an area with lots of local bars and restaurants, and not many tourist, so the locals are not tired of tourists. You feel welcome. It is close to the river Tiber, and a nice walk of about 1/2 hour, along the river to the center. Also easy access to public transportation (busses, tram, and Train). The Roma Trastevere station (Regional trains) is only 300 m from the apartment. Direct trains to the airport from here. The hosts are very friendly, and helpsome and caring. It is important to them you feel at home. We were here for the fourth time, we just love it.

☺ Tony and Marzia were wonderful hosts:
They waited for us at the airport when our flight was delayed, then picked us up and brought to the apartment, which was conveniently located in Trastevere neighborhood.
They explained us everything and recommended some pizza places and restaurants- we used one of the recommendations and it was very tasty indeed.
The communication in person and via whatsup was very convenient and easy.
We enjoyed our stay,

☺ The rooms looked exactly like in the photos, and the hosts were very kind
☹ We were looking for accommodation with included breakfast and free parking. We expected a dedicated parking space at the apartment, but it turned out that parking is simply free everywhere around the building. Luckily, we contacted the hosts in advance and they reserved a spot for us, otherwise we might have had to park further away. As for breakfast, it was only ‘included’ in the form of discount coupons for nearby cafés. However, even though we stayed in August, it was considered ‘off-season’ and the cafés were closed, so we only got a €2 discount per person. It feels misleading when it says that breakfast is included.

We're sorry to read your mediocre review of our home, especially since you only stayed one day. More than 100 guests who reviewed us have rated us as exceptional, but you gave us low marks, even regarding the location—since you chose the home, you knew where it was. Parking is free on the street and, especially in August, easy to find. If you expected private parking on the property, that's not our problem. There's also a paid garage 30 meters away. Breakfast is offered as an extra courtesy; we're a vacation home, not a B&B, and it's not a discount at the bar downstairs, but we pay for your cappuccino and croissant, the Italian breakfast. It's not our fault that half of Italy is closed for holidays during the August bank holiday. We could have done nothing to accommodate the bar downstairs closing; we didn't charge you the tourist tax, which we paid for you. Furthermore, you showed up with your four-legged friend without mentioning it. We don't mind charging for pets; they're welcome, but good manners dictate that they should be indicated on the reservation. And you didn't, and we didn't, report it to Booking.com. We're truly sorry to receive this unfair review, for reasons unrelated to us and our home.
We were truly disappointed because we do everything ourselves at home with love and enthusiasm, and receiving a review like yours for something unrelated to us was truly heartbreaking. We're also sorry that while we were explaining the bar's closure for the holidays, you didn't say anything and thanked us for not charging you the tourist tax.
Giving a 2.5-star rating to one of the most sought-after and expensive areas of central Rome to live in, where you can walk everywhere and which is served by buses, trams, and trains/metros that take you to St. Peter's in 5 minutes, and which is home to numerous high-quality and famous restaurants and bars, the Rionale market, and Porta Portese, seems unfair to us.
We were truly disappointed because we do everything ourselves at home with love and enthusiasm, and receiving a review like yours for something unrelated to us was truly heartbreaking. We're also sorry that while we were explaining the bar's closure for the holidays, you didn't say anything and thanked us for not charging you the tourist tax.

Beautiful house and location with great hosts in Marzia and Tony who also picked and dropped us from the airport with reasonable costs. We had breakfast included but due to holidays - the cafe for breakfast closed but the host provided free one way airport transfer to make up for it.
My daughter 4 absolutely loved the toys and Marzia shared alot about good places to eat and go.

An apartment that covers it all, outside the city.
We loved having a place to call home while we visited Rome. It was nice to be outside the hustle of the city when we were finished our days. The convenience to walk to restaurants and shopping was wonderful The home was very comforable with great wifi and kitchen needs for what was wanted.
If you want a lovely light home away from home, central and yet quiet- this is your spot! We loved staying here so much, we cancelled our other stays in Rome. The hosts are the nicest most welcoming people who thought of everything! There are coffee and a fully functional kitchen, great local pizzerias in the area and when in doubt; you can always ask!
The courtyard in it self is worth a stay; green parrots, palmtrees and lemontrees you can enjoy from the balcony. When in Rome, this is our new home!
