The Installation Experience You Want. Leah, David, and their team were fantastic! They were amazing throughout the whole process – from quoting and sales to the installation. Plus, we found their pricing to be very competitive. We got quotes through SolarQuotes and also externally. Before we made our decision, I spent a considerable amount of time researching and delving into configuration and pricing information on forums. What truly swayed our decision was the upfront and honest approach taken by Leah and David. They were also genuinely patient and detail-oriented. On installation day, David and his team were punctual, detailed, and incredibly helpful in resolving an issue on our roof. They provided excellent service throughout the installation, demonstrating professionalism, respect for our space, and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile to assist, even with minor details. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I have absolute confidence in their ability to handle any electrical work you might need and also for installing solar. I just wish they offered the full range of Home Reno services including plumbing, flooring, and joinery as well! You can always trust them to do a great job.

Our old solar system stopped working. We originally thought of repairs and got a few quotes. David tested the system and his expertise and recommendations were invaluable. Communications with Leah and David were excellent, no sales pressure, no marketing gimmicks and questions got explained. In a typical “first impressions matter” scenario we purchased one of their recommended systems. David checked our property before installation & to finalise the fee so we knew the exact cost with no surprises. He also was very thorough at explaining after completion of the installation how everything worked & demonstrating the App. & then also followed up after installation to check if any issues, & it is still running excellently & we are enjoying the sunny solar days & looking forward to seeing what happens with our bills. We had our solar power system installed in February 2025. The reason we chose Innovate Electrical and Solar as our Solar installer was because, right from the beginning—from learning about the system to the technical consultation and pricing—we felt comfortable and never pressured into making a deposit. Unlike many marketing campaigns in the market, filled with pushy messages, emails, and phone calls urging us to make a quick decision to receive discounts, Ms. Leah was incredibly patient in answering all of our questions. She helped us clearly understand and select a system that truly fits our household’s needs. There were a few mistakes during the contract process—even though both parties had already signed and paid the deposit—but when they were discovered, Ms. Leah was happy to make the necessary corrections without hesitation. As for the installation, David and his team were excellent. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled and worked efficiently, neatly, and professionally. Once the installation was complete, David kindly guided us on how to monitor the system using our phone app. What truly made us feel fortunate to have chosen Innovate Electrical and Solar was finding a team of responsible and trustworthy people. Their goal is not only to deliver a high-quality solar system installation but also to earn each customer’s trust and satisfaction. They are always there to support us whenever we have questions, and their responses have been impressively prompt. During the recent stretch of heavy rain, we experienced a leak in our ceiling. I immediately contacted Leah and David. We were concerned that the issue might have been caused by movement and equipment transport on the roof during the installation time. David came to our home just three days later to inspect the situation. When he determined that the leak was not caused by the solar installation, he still kindly carried out a temporary fix while we looked for a professional roofer to handle the repair. I’ve already recommended Innovate Electrical and Solar to a close family friend, who is also very pleased with their installation and customer services. I’d like to sincerely thank Leah and David for their dedication and professionalism.
