By far the WORST dealership there ever was. I truly wish I could just return my truck and be on my way. They over promise and under delivered on EVERYTHING. We were told so many things and promises to get us to buy the truck only to have it all fall apart at the end. They were the only ones who had the exact truck at the time so we ended up buying it. They claim to treat their clients like family but I must say id hate to be at their family reunions then. Steer clear of this place !
I want to give a big thank you to Chris Carriere in the purchase of a 2025 Compass North last week. Worked with Chris Carriere to purchase a new Chrysler Grand Caravan for our workplace. Purchasing was made easy, Chris was great to work with and the van was ready quickly and completely clean and detailed.
Had a fantastic experience with the staff at Innisfail Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We went into see if they could get us a deal on a used Dodge Durango, things didn't work out with the used one. Chris Carriere was extremely helpful with all his knowledge taking us through different options on leasing or financing. They had a massive promotion on either 0% financing or extremely low lease deals on the exact 2025 Dodge Durango we wanted. They allowed us to take home the Durango for a extended test drive, run the different options on if we wanted to buy/lease the vehicle. All was zero pressure and extremely positive experience. Once we made the decision to finance, we got passed over to Mo Mohammadi the finance manager, who was super professional. He not only made us feel that we were valued customers but had great connective discussions not only on business talk but on personal levels. Which again there was zero pressure on exactly how we wanted to set up our payments, extended warranty and any extras that we needed. This made getting into the vehicle we wanted such an enjoyable experience. I can't recommend this dealership more, if you are looking for a vehicle that meets your family needs head to this dealership and they will make this an enjoyable experience.

Outstanding Service and Genuine Care!
Innisfail Chrysler is truly an amazing company. My truck broke down before the summer, and even though I live in BC, their team went above and beyond to help. The customer service here is exceptional they don’t just treat it as a job, they treat you like friends and genuinely care about who you are.
From the moment my wife and I walked through the doors her in tears and both of us stressed they assured us they would take care of everything, and they absolutely did.
A huge thank-you to Jodi, the incredible Service Advisor, Taylor, the dedicated Accessory Specialist who kept us updated and went to bat for us (they all did) , and Ethan, the amazing mechanic who made sure the job was done right.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. If I lived in Alberta, I’d buy my next truck from them without hesitation and honestly, I still might!

This is the slimmiest dodge dealership I have ever dealt with.
I made a deal on a truck, was told that the deal was done.
I then proceeded to put a 1000 dollar deposit on the truck.
The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck, the sales manager called me and said that they actually did not have the truck, allegedly the truck was at another dealership and they just forgot to check to see if the truck was in inventory.
Tried to offer me a much worse quality vehicle for a worse deal afterwards.
Then when, I was unhappy with the quality of service and asked for a my deposit back the finance manager, sales manager and salesman I had been working with stopped answering my calls and messages.
Had to phone the main line to get to someone in charge and scream at the guy to get my deposit back.
This is the most unproffesional dealership I have ever dealt with.
Mr. Smith, we understand your frustration with not being able to complete the transaction on the vehicle you left a deposit on. However, the sales manager was directly communicating with you via text on his personal cell phone, so I am uncertain as to how they were avoiding your calls. The deposit was fully refundable should we not be able to meet the obligation with the vehicle and we could not. That is why the sales manager communicated with you on his personal cell and offered a different option to see if we could still assist you in finding a vehicle. The refund was already processed before you left this review. I understand your frustration, and it is unfortunate we could not get the vehicle for you. Within 24 hours of you leaving a deposit with us, we have refunded your deposit, and we did communicate that we could not get the vehicle you wanted. We pride ourselves on our ethics and ability to communicate. Your transaction has been reversed, and we wish you the best of luck in the search for your vehicle. It is important to us here at Innisfail Chrysler to let you know how much we really do care!

Since brand new, I have a 10 year old Jeep GC that has near 200,000Km. Innisfail Chrysler has done most all of the service on this car. I have had some unexpected repairs in the past 2 years like a fuel injector and a drive train control module-DTCM and a catalytic converter. There were a couple of other repairs as well. The service was always timely and professional. The Service Department and the Technicians are accommodating and competent. One of the techs, named, Carter, is very willing to speak directly to the customer and explain in detail everything that he has observed/diagnosed with your vehicle and what is needed to fix it. I found this kind of direct contact with the technician to be refreshing and exceptional in the approach to customer service. Thank you, Carter[Tech] and Jodilyn [Service Dept.] I will continue to have all of my needs attended to by Innisfail Chrysler.
