He was always personally on-site, closely overseeing every detail and making sure everything was done right. Quality was never rushed or compromised, and the project moved forward smoothly without delays, staying right on schedule and within the agreed budget. What really stood out was his availability—whenever we had a question, concern, or idea to discuss, he was always there and ready to talk things through. The whole experience was professional, transparent, and stress-free, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I can’t even describe how happy I am with my first floor remodel that Sergiu and his team completed for us. Remodel included new hardwood floor, full kitchen cabinets, quartzite counter, backsplash, under cabinet lighting and outlets, pendant and dining lighting, new fireplace stacked stone accent wall with an electric fireplace, powder room with wallpaper, wood slat wall in the back music room, entire first floor painting and new entryway door. The project was completed on time, with Sergiu and his team working nearly every day. Sergiu is meticulous in his work and everything was done to perfection. He was extremely careful to protect my furniture and floor and always left the job site clean each day. Sergiu was easy to communicate via text and was quick to answer questions. Every time I added something to the project his answer was “yes I can do that”. He provided an upfront quote and the cost was very reasonable. Sergiu and his team provide full service construction and renovation. Before starting the project we had a foundation problem and needed to remove our outside brick chimney. He was able to do this as well and his cost was significantly lower than other quotes I got. Sergiu’s work is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. I plan on using him when we renovate the exterior of our house and the upstairs.

Sergiu and the team did an incredible job remodeling both of our master and guest bathrooms (and our kitchen a few years back). Sergiu patiently guided us through the entire process of picking tiles, cabinets, bidet, faucets, medicine cabinets, jet tub, and shower doors. After demolition, we discovered damage in the walls from previous construction. Sergiu did a great job rebuilding the structure. Then he and his sub-contractors did a great job putting everything together to create beautiful and functional bathrooms. Even after discovering a malfunctioning rain shower head, Sergiu helped us replace it with a new one. I definitely recommend Sergiu and the team for your next kitchen or bathroom remodeling project! We contracted Sergiu Morosan for two separate projects. He first remodeled our guest bathroom and afterwards we liked his work so much that we had him remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. Both remodeling designs were done by him, and he gave us valuable advice on how to save money on the materials. Everything was done on schedule and looks amazing. He was reliable, timely, and easy to communicate with. We are very satisfied with his work.

Sergiu was my general contractor for my bathroom remodel. He was super responsive and the communication was excellent. He and his team were efficient and personable. While remodels are never fun, Sergiu made sure to minimize disruptions and always let me know about any scheduling issues. Even when we had material delays, he found other ways to keep the project moving and did some out of scope work (replacing and adding new fire alarms) to make sure we would pass inspection and were in compliance. Highly recommend Sergiu and InLevel Construction
