I did ALOT Of research and these guys came out tops. There was so much information about saunas that I ended up calling a few places. Sun Stream could answered all my questions and gave me extra information. Easy delivery etc. Excellent quality sauna - love it.

We were lucky enough to win one of these infrared saunas and are so impressed! The customer service and delivery team were incredibly helpful, and it was much easier to put together than we expected. We’ve been enjoying regular sessions and always feel so relaxed afterwards. Love the added features too, especially the red light and Bluetooth speakers. Highly recommend!

Sun stream saunas communication is one of the best, they don't hassle you, they are prompt and friendly in their approach, and ridiculously helpful! We have been using our Supreme 4 for about 2 months now, their product is perfect for us.

Excellent product and customer service! We purchased the Evolve Mini. It was delivered to regional Vic the following day. It was packaged well and was ridiculously easy to setup. Clear instructions. It is well constructed for something that is a flat pack! It heats up quickly and I get a heavy sweat going in no time. I love traditional saunas but this thing is amazing for home. I would highly recommend it!

I bought Sunstream sauna due to:- 1) low EMFs & ELFs 2) panels on all 4 sides, heats up quick 3) far infrared only was more cost effective. Some people said full spectrum was waste of money in a sauna (I use a near infrared red light mask instead! )

I love my Sun Stream Evolve Mini. It's like being instantly on holiday for 30 minutes each day. The delivery was great as the guy put it straight into the room I wanted it. I was able to assemble the sauna easily by myself. It's so nice with those included details like back rest, inbuild Bluetooth speakers, coloured light above, cup holder and aromatherapy holder and glass. The quality of the entire sauna is superb.

I love my infrared sauna, I got the evolve mini that fits in my bathroom perfectly - I’ve saved a fortune having my own rather going to using local sauna services and it’s also made no noticeable difference to my power bill. The team at Sun Stream are easy to deal with and responsive with any queries i had. The price was pretty good including the extra discount because i'm a follower of Alex Fergus which was a nice surprise. The Sunstream 2 got delivered in a reasonable time frame and came well packaged and the emailed instructions were clear and easy to follow. It's definitely a 2 person job to put together. The general finish is ok, nothing to complain about for the price. It heats up reasonably quicker in spring and autumn weather mind you i have it in a large shed not in the house, winter is takes approx 20-30mins to get to my desired 47degrees. The only concerned feedback i have which i have emailed the company is that after each session the external controller has moisture in it which then disappears after a while. The company said not to worry and that it will be covered in the warranty hopefully the electrical is fine with that bit of moisture. Overall i am happy with my purchase and would buy again if i needed. Thanks.

Great little sauna! Assembly was surprisingly easy. I managed to put it together by myself in under two hours. It fits perfectly into a small nook in my bedroom, which makes it super convenient to use. It’s very energy-efficient, and I’ve loved using it regularly since my purchase two months ago - almost every day. One thing I would improve is the heat-up time. It takes about an hour to reach the maximum temperature, so I usually run it for two cycles to get the best results. I did have a minor issue at first: one of the heat-sealing strips on the door lost its adhesive. But when I contacted the Sun Stream office, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement right away. The new strip works perfectly, so it turned out to be a positive experience overall. All in all, I absolutely love my mini sauna and would highly recommend it to anyone considering .

Just a quick note—our saunas are designed to heat the body directly rather than rely on ambient temperature, so even at 40°C with intensity set to 100%, you’ll be getting the full benefit.
