Infinity Carports did a fantastic job on our carport. When I was online getting quotes, they called me almost immediately. They had the contract information to me quickly and were fast to respond.
I got frequent updates as far as scheduling changes (due to weather). I was notified when the installers were going to be there within a 30-minute window. They showed up and had my carport finished in two and a half hours. I was quoted three to four.
They were very professional and nice to work with. I highly recommend Infinity Carports!
First and foremost, fantastic to work with. Communication and work were top notch. Crew was not able to make original time scheduled due to weather. They agreed on a new time and showed up promptly and went straight to work. They did a fantastic job and I will certainly use them in the future
Ordered a 40x60x12 building that was on quote upgraded to 150mph wind rating. The roll up doors fit like garbage and only latch from the outside. The windows and doors I don't think will survive a 50mph wind. Install crew got it up in 2 days and instead of adding the proper details to the concrete plans they just chipped out my brand new concrete floor.. overall for what I thought was a good deal it turned out to be overpriced crap. Hope this helps someone else take your time and look at a bunch of different companies before making your decision.
Ordered six 8’ 10” panels for a single pitch roof. What i got was, one panel at 8’ 10 3/8”, two panels at 8’ 10 1/2” and three panels at 8’ 10 5/8”. When i called to see about having them recut ( me uninstalling 3 panels) and bringing them back up there, their response was, “once you leave the yard with the material it is yours” & “sounds like you need a pair of tin snips.” I was in a bit of a shock. As a contractor myself i would never tell a client something like that. What is sounds like is that i need a new metal vendor. And I’ll gladly do so.
