Our family of two adults and one teenager have been having useful sessions with Mark individually or as a group for a few months. Mark helped everyone to understand themself better, manage different challenges, make useful changes that lead to improved communication and / or attitude. I came to use mark's counsellings services at the worse time of my life, I was going through a horrendous separation with lead to me going through family court. Mark was my life line, he was there every step of the way to help me process what was happening around me, help me understand what services were communicating to me and how I could effectively communicate back to them even when I didn't want to talk. Not only that but give me coping strategies to help me through the stress. Mark was truly and completely amazing at what was a traumatic experience. I cant praise, thank him enough for what he did for me during that period because I what have found it challenging doing it on my own. Mark will always have a special place in my heart because at a time when I felt everything was against me.

I have been having on-line weekly sessions with Mark after Depression and PTSD got the better of me. Mark has absolutely fantastic with me, he listens and then gives answers that have guided me and brought me slowly back to the person I used to be. In the past I have tried so many therapists who were stunningly useless. Since meeting with Mark my life has made a 180° turn facing now after years of depression the right way. I am still seeing Mark so he can help me further. For me, Mark has been sent from Heaven and I am so grateful for him. Thank you Mark.

From our very first conversation, Mark created a safe and supportive space that allowed me to open up about what I was going through. It does not matter if you ''hit the wall in life''/''landed on the rock bottom'' or simply cannot make sense of your feelings and emotions at the moment; it does not matter if you are a child, teenager, middle aged or older, what is you gender or religion or background- Mark will help you to feel ''human'' again.
