We found Carolina Professional Repair, Inc. because our previous machine maintenance person suddenly passed away and one of our guillotines for cutting wood veneer needed the knife replaced. Ken came out the next day and discussed a plan to not only change the blade on that machine but set up a plan to service 4 additional clippers. CPR has been thorough in explaining how things work and providing several options for repair.

Our equipment malfunctioned at a job site in Greensboro. Ken was there within an hour and had it up and running. I now have him saved in my contacts under favorites. Pricing was also fair.
