☺ Hotel przepiekny na najwyższym poziomie,trochę chłodno bylo i niespodzianka z zapaleniem światła bo to niesamowicie nowoczesne hotel dlatego troszeczkę czasu minęło za nim to rozszyfrowałam ale jestem bardzo zadowolona. Na koniec pobytu mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże więc dla nas był konfort. Dziękuję bardzo ,będę korzystała z tego hotelu bo lokalizacja perfekt. Dla projektanta tego hotelu duze brawa.

☺ Location. Brightness of the place
☹ Too hot in the bedroom even when we turned the thermostat down still warm. Opened window unfortunately that was noisy with traffic
I had an upset tummy immediately after breakfast one morning eggs not fully cooked

Great foundation, still room for improvement in service
☺ I had a great stay at this hotel thanks to its excellent location and comfortable, well-designed room. The room was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
☹ I lost my cap and scarf in the lobby and I reported this, yet I didn't felt supported by hotel staff. As well, we got a nice bowl of fruits as welcome gift, but fruits wasn't fresh, so nice idea with poor execution.

Unfortunately, we did not find either the cap or the scarf. We are truly sorry that despite our efforts, our response was not satisfactory for you, and we regret the disappointment this situation caused.
We also appreciate your comment regarding the welcome fruit amenity. While the idea is meant to be a pleasant gesture, we are sorry that the quality did not meet expectations and we will address this internally.
