I think that every dentist/OHT at Incredible Smiles is exceptional. I started off with Dr Jolynn who was very empathetic and professional, and eased my anxiety a lot since I had not been to the dentist in about 7 years. I have since had Dr Zi, Dr Shannen, Dr Anu, and Dr Mitesh. Each of those people has been excellent to me. I was very scared for my extraction appointment, and Mitesh, Dilpreet, Ellie and Drashti made my extraction appointment so much easier with their empathy, professionalism and kindness.
Jenny also does amazing hygiene cleans which are very thorough and gentle. I thoroughly recommended any of the Incredible Smiles practices, especially if you are an anxious or nervous patient. They are also a BUPA preferred provider which is a bonus for me.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. As someone who has extreme fear of the dentist, Dr Ammy was brilliant, she was professional, knowledgeable and just a beautiful human being. I am so grateful to Chelsea (treatment coordinator) who was absolutely amazing and reassuring supporting in everyway she could, and continues to check in with me regularly, someone who truly cares, another beautiful soul. I am running out of space but i need to mention Ella (coordinator) in angle vale who was so lovely and helpful. My family won't go anywhere else! I 100% recommend this practice for any dental treatments you need to have, you won't find a better dentist or customer service and the care is second to none.

I had an appointment last week to have work done on a root-canal from years ago. I would love to thank both Dr Anisha and Sophie who were just fantastic. I was made to feel at ease, and both were so friendly and professional. I have had an appointment with Dr Anisha previously, but this was my first appointment with Sophie assisting. Sophie is definitely well suited to her role and Incredible Smiles should be proud of the way that she conducts herself with patients. Thankyou again

Incredible Smiles Woodville is the first Dental clinic i have visited regularly ever!! and I'm old so that says alot haha. Every dentist, hygienist and reception staff have all been exemplary and the reason my whole family all now attend this clinic. I'd like to make a special mention of Dr Sherly who has done a beautiful job of guiding me through the process of getting veneers which I'm absolutely delighted with. I've always been terrified of the dentist however at last, I have found a surgery where they truly cater for that. It's not just the fact they do sedation, but more that they respect people's fears and the entire team is, pardon the pun, incredible. Zi is a master at her craft - so impressed. Chelsea is amazing at organising everything with patience for patients. Casey is the kind of person who makes you smile and feel at ease. Well done guys - thanks for taking me as one of you patients!

My first time having a dentist appointment in Australia and I hv definitely made the right choice. Dr Vatsala was very professional and friendly at the same. Fine work done to my teeth and feels really good. They also suggested me on a future dental care plan. The receptionists was also super kind.
