I couldn't choose a flavor for the cake to go, so I decided to order them all. I was happy I did, cause omg those flavors were all so delicious. My favorite was lemon poppy seed. They are glutenfree, sweet as sugar but without 😉, delicious😋. I'll be back for more goodies for sure 😍 if you see them at a pop-up store or market, make sure to come early. They sell out fastttttt.

We had the pistachio and strawberry éclair, hazelnut éclair, chocolate zoenen, and the cookie pie and brownies. All were delicious, but my fav was the éclair. Kudos to Gabriela for also making the marshmallow herself, it really makes a difference.
I saw this stall at the Sunday market at De Koepel in Haarlem, but you can also find them at Westergas. So definitely check them out if you want some plant-based goodies!

Ik heb hier de allerlekkerste chocolade taart ooit gegeten. Zo licht en luchtig! En dan die caramel... De koekjes zijn ook erg lekker. En dat alles dan ook nog vegan is. Kortom: perfect. Ik zeg, snel bestellen want het is het meer dan waard. Hopelijk binnenkort een keer op een markt in de buurt, wij zijn fan 😄
I was lucky enough to have been the winner of the 2024 Christmas box giveaway!!! But I will say, after trying, I would definitely purchase it!!! The box was nicely and carefully packed, and everything inside was delicious!!! I must give a spotlight to the “Doce de leite” which is insanely good, I will definitely buy it!! Also for the “nha bentas” or “chocozoenen”, which were delicious, I’ve never taste it a vegan marshmallow as good!! Honestly everything was so good but I just can’t not write about the “orange pistachio cake”, I think was a limited edition flavor but I truly loved it, when I first read the name I wasn’t too sure about it, but I was happily surprised when I taste it, truly delicious.
Surely taking vegan desserts to another level 🩷🩷
Super goede vegan dulce de leche en hele lekkere brownies. Ook heel blij met de service. Een pot dulce de leche was helaas bezorgd met een beschadiging in het glas. We kregen snel antwoord van Gabriela en in overleg werd een nieuwe pot naar ons opgestuurd. Ik zal zeker vaker bestellen!

I ordered the Chrismas Box from Inclusive Bites, and literally everything was delicious!! Incredible how you can make such delicious cakes and cookies gluten free and vegan :-) Especially loved the pistachio and orange cake, and couldn't resist the chocolate chip cookies. Will definitely order again!
