Cliff did an absolute fantastic job through the entire experience. He took my initial call and actively listened to my situation. He came up with an approach and met me at the property to do an initial walkthrough. He communicated with me throughout the process including pictures of the point person and progress. If I could give 100 stars I would! Could not have asked for better service! We were told “no” by several competitors due to it involving a treacherous hill, but those two, Carter and Nathan…..they conquered it like champs and without hesitation! Every single request was met immediately. So kind and very hard working! Carter even found a WW2 pendent from Germany - my grandmother had squirreled it away in a magazine, purposely hiding it, but they were HONEST enough to tell me about it immediately when they found it so I could keep it with our other family treasures. The honesty and hard work is unmatched. I could not be more thankful! Highly recommend this company, especially Carter and Nathan! Could not have asked for better service! Thank you guys soooo much!!!
