I was with impossible for years. I first signed up for a SEO package with them using the marketing grant from government.
The results were never that great, but I just continued as I didn't know better. I always felt that they weren't doing much. They would just write a few articles for me every month but I didn't know what is really good SEO.
Thank goodness for AI agents. I did a check on my website and realised they didn't even write a meta description on my homepage. This is such a basic task and they didn't even do all these years.
I am so glad AI is disrupting SEO and they should really wake up and reflect on what they have been doing all this while!

You mentioned engaging our services for years and it beyond the initial grant period (3 to 5 months), which suggests the engagement provided ongoing value. It is therefore surprising to hear that your experience was entirely negative. Furthermore, we do not understand the decision to use a different account to provide this feedback if you are an established client with us for years.
