I was with impossible for years. I first signed up for a SEO package with them using the marketing grant from government. The results were never that great, but I just continued as I didn't know better. I always felt that they weren't doing much. They would just write a few articles for me every month but I didn't know what is really good SEO. Thank goodness for AI agents. I did a check on my website and realised they didn't even write a meta description on my homepage. This is such a basic task and they didn't even do all these years. I am so glad AI is disrupting SEO and they should really wake up and reflect on what they have been doing all this while! To reply to you. I am your customer. just that I am using another account. I will feedback to IMDA as I have copies of your contract! I am not afraid of the police report. I am just giving feedback on your poor quality work. What is wrong with that? I was with your agency for years, yet it was Claude's SEO skill that discovered my homepage was missing its meta description. If you own a website, run an AI SEO audit before paying an SEO agency. Some agencies charge high fees but only produce a few low-quality articles each month while overlooking basic SEO issues.
