I was with impossible for years. I first signed up for a SEO package with them using the marketing grant from government. The results were never that great, but I just continued as I didn't know better. I always felt that they weren't doing much. They would just write a few articles for me every month but I didn't know what is really good SEO. Thank goodness for AI agents. I did a check on my website and realised they didn't even write a meta description on my homepage. This is such a basic task and they didn't even do all these years. I am so glad AI is disrupting SEO and they should really wake up and reflect on what they have been doing all this while! To reply to you. I am your customer. just that I am using another account. I will feedback to IMDA as I have copies of your contract! I am not afraid of the police report. I am just giving feedback on your poor quality work. What is wrong with that? I was with your agency for years, yet it was Claude's SEO skill that discovered my homepage was missing its meta description. If you own a website, run an AI SEO audit before paying an SEO agency. Some agencies charge high fees but only produce a few low-quality articles each month while overlooking basic SEO issues.

A police report (A/20260611/7027) has been filed against the reviewer.

We do not have any clients by the name of “Jen Koh”.

The reviewer has repeatedly edited and expanded the review after it was first published, introducing new allegations over time. These ongoing revisions appear to be an attempt to tarnish our reputation and discourage potential customers from engaging our agency. Despite our repeated invitations to verify the identity behind the account and substantiate the allegations, no response has been received.

Investigation is ongoing. Conversation is documented here: https://www.impossible.sg/police-report-against-jen-koh/

Alan from Impossible Marketing has been a huge help to us at QD Academy. We came in trying to figure out how to optimize SEO & GEO further, and he broke down the shift toward GEO and AEO in a way that I personally have not ever heard anywhere else. Alan gave us some ingenious tips on how to discover keywords to target. We are now more aligned on how to better optimize our inbound strategy through GEO, SEO, and AEO. Highly recommend Alan and the Impossible Marketing team if you want GEO & SEO advice that works not in the past, but now!

We’ve been working with Impossible Marketing as an agency partner on social media and paid campaigns, and our experience with Peixian & Nichole has been very positive. What stood out most was their consistency and responsiveness. Even with the constraints that come with campaigns, shifting timelines, and approvals that were sometimes still evolving, the team remained patient, clear, and proactive throughout. Issues were flagged early, follow-ups were timely, and consistently worked towards practical solutions rather than letting things stall. From managing campaign changes to tracking creative balances and deadlines, Peixian and Nichole kept things organised and transparent, which made collaboration between teams much smoother. Communication was straightforward and collaborative, and it genuinely felt like a partnership rather than a transactional vendor relationship. Overall, Impossible Marketing has been reliable, professional, and easy to work with as a partner. We appreciated the steady support and problem-solving mindset, and would be happy to work together again.
