We recently had a new roof installed along with loft insulation, and we couldn't be happier with the service . The team were professional throughout and delivered work to an excellent standard. The workmen were very friendly , arrived on time each day , and kept everything clean and tidy . They made sure to keep us informed at every stage of the process, which we really appreciated.

Reliable honest excellent service thorough the years
I don't do reviews and that's me being honest really. But this time I am doing this review about imperial roofing. First time I've met Paul. Well my mom was honest with him. She had a man knock on the door.a day earlier saying he can do roofing so she said yes to him.well he taken a few slates down which needing doing.said needed money for meaitals given him 400 pound's over never came back.

We had a substantial leak from our roof into the bathroom during late January. We contacted Paul who came to inspect the damage. He was able to give quotes and establish the work required. A team arrived within days to scaffold, remove felt and lathe and replace with new during early February. We also had the ridge tiles reset and tile vents fitted. We were pleased with the prompt start and completion of the works to prevent any further water egress.

Efficient and Reliable Roofing Work
I had a minor but awkward roofing issue, with a broken tile and missing flashing where my chimney meets the roof. Although it was a relatively small job, the location made it a bit tricky.
The team at Imperial responded promptly, provided a clear and fair quote, and carried out the repairs efficiently. They even addressed an additional issue with the tiles above my bay window on the same day, which was greatly appreciated.
The service was professional, responsive, and excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Serious roof leak on Christmas Eve
We discovered a very serious roof leak on Christmas Eve 2025. We were able to make contact with Paul who came round within the hour immediately after Christmas. He explained to us what he thought the issues were and 8.30am a team arrived stripped the roof, replaced what was defective and the following day the job was complete. We are in our senior years and Paul's understanding of the situation and its urgency made all the difference. The team are very pleasant helpful and tidy.

Exceptional work, super clean, super polite
I have used Imperial twice now, first time for my own home where they extended the roof by 3x tiles and added new facia and guttering, the second time when I had a leak at a house I rent. Both times I cannot rate Paul and his team highly enough. From starting with the review of the problem, through to communication before the start of work and then during the process they have been exceptional! The work, their materials and cleaning all up to an extremely high standard.

What a friendly reliable company
What absolute miracle workers Paul and his team have been today! Such a brilliant friendly company, from the initial phone call, they guided my Mum through the whole process, putting her mind totally at rest immediately. Paul sourced obsolete tiles with such speed, the whole worrying drama has been fixed so well. We are very grateful indeed. I had remembered 4 houses down my own road having work done so knocked one of their doors, they said Paul and the company were great and they were also very pleased with the work. A company in Lichfield told me they had brilliant work done by them too.
