I have worked with Impact marketing for over 3 years now and its been some of the best money I've spent on my pet care business. Impact is thoughtful but aggressive with their Google Ads and knows what will work to move your business to the top of the search and drive traffic to your website and phone line. I have a planning call with my Impact team, Brittney & Grace, monthly where we discuss results and strategize how to tackle busy seasons, slow seasons and properly allocating funds to the programs that need a push. I think any pet care business that needs help with Google Ads should highly consider working with Duane and his team at Impact!

I have been a client for nearly a year, and am very happy with Impact Marketing for my pet resort. Duane, Grace, Julie, and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and overall great people. I have learned to let the professionals do what they do best, and not to play "internet marketer" on the weekends. After one Zoom call with Grace, I determined that I knew virtually nothing about running an effective Google Ad campaign, and had been throwing my marketing dollars into the wind for the past several years. While it's more expensive to have Impact do it, the ROI has been abundantly clear. They provide a detailed dashboard each month to view results, hear/view client phone calls, and clear metrics so you can determine for yourself if the investment is worth the cost. (For us, it has been the best marketing initiative we've done since opening 12 years ago). Add in the other advice about location pages, website optimization, etc., and it's a no-brainer. Fit N Furry Pet Resort & Training Center is a high-end pet services business in Northern California in a very competitive digital advertising market. During most of our 18 year history we have worked with a pet care consultant who specializes in market and revenue development for high-end pet resorts. The year prior to COVID-19 our previous digital marketer had topped out in generating more leads, even if we increased the budget. Mid-2020 our consultant recommended we contact Impact Marketing because they specialize in high-end pet care lead generation. We checked their references and discovered they were not like any of many other marketing companies we'd used in the past. They were responsive, trustworthy, reliable and exceeded our expectations with incredible results, the phone and website traffic increased dramatically! Their expertise became apparent immediately as they analyzed our website and suggested some short term patches. Eventually they recreated the entire website to exceed Googles optimization standards.
