I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Daniel Shanfield and my case manager, Mr. Pedro Espinosa, on terminating my removal proceedings case. My case was quite complicated and involved different EB petitions, but the attorney was able to file a very well drafted the motion to terminate. I could clearly see the expertise as well as the dedication and hard work that went into it.
Today the judge has finally granted the motion to terminate, and we can now move forward with my adjustment of status application. I’m very relieved to finally have this result and truly grateful for all the help, support, and understanding from the attorney and everyone at the firm.

Pedro Espinosa has been an Excellent communicator and excellent Atorney he took over my case … ! from a previous law firm that I’m not going to mention because they don’t even deserve the bad publicity that’s how bad they were handling my case it took the previous attorney to submit my complete case two and a half years and still did a very horrible job at preparing and presenting my case so of course my application was denied do to the poor presentation and preparation of my case ..!
