I had an excellent experience with Mathew and his crew from IMI getting my attic insulated over the garage. I commend Mathew for his quick response from just one phone call. He showed up within 3 days while other insulation companies were 3-4 weeks out. He insulated my garage and home attic to R-49 and I noticed the difference that night in how warm my garage and home felt. Incredible!! My roof has no icicles anymore, and I can heat my garage with 1/3 less energy. Thank you again for the professional service in only 3 days from my initial phone call. I wish I did this 10 years ago. I truthfully am so happy and content to have picked IMI for our insulation. Zero regrets with our decision. Matthew and his team were in and out in no time and were extremely respectful to us, our home, and overall property. While installing, the team found that we had a broken bathroom vent hose. They went ahead and repaired it for us--just out of generosity. Matthew was also a pleasure to work with as he accepted multiple forms of communication-- which was key for my husband and I to commit with our busy schedules.
I had IMI put insulation in my attic. They were in here and out of here. I saved alot on heat this winter, but the nice surprise is that it is staying so much cooler in here this summer. I am pleased.

Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
1) Extremely accommodating. When I explained I had another estimate but was uncomfortable, Patrick was here the next day. He inspected my attic, explained what needed to be done and why and provided me with a quote. 2) Professional yet friendly and so very honest. 3) My attic is insulated as scheduled and they left everything neat and clean. Plus the thermostat is lower and my house is much warmer! 4) I canâ t say enough good about I.M.I. Home. I would recommend them to anyone needing insulation.

The installation was seamless, and in the two weeks that we've had the new insulation, the temperature inside was up 3-4 degrees, and it hasn't even been really cold yet. The Owner, Patrick was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable & very friendly! He explained the plan/quote & how the installation procedure worked. He also provided pictures before AND after! His assistant, Eric was a friendly, sweet guy. They worked well together & cleaned up when completed. The price was affordable, too! I'm glad we did not delay this project especially with winter approaching! My Husband & I would give them MORE than 5 stars, if possible!
