I’m thankful for all the kindness and support from my doctor and all the staff while I prepared for surgery. Not only did they help me through a difficult situation but they also made it very easy to be able to understand and get through the preop and postop process without having to worry.
From the moment I walked into the office until I left, every person I encounter was wonderful. The check-in process was welcoming, smooth and efficient. The medical assistant was knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The ultrasound technician was kind, patient and thorough. She made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, and treated me with respect and compassion.
And finally, Doctor Kon was absolutely amazing. She combined expertise with genuine kindness, patience and compassion. I never felt rushed. She listened carefully to my medical history, explained everything clearly and made me feel respected and reassured throughout the visit.
Everyone I encountered contributed to an outstanding experience, for which I am grateful.

Think you can tell who’s super new and who’s been here for a while I didn’t feel Comfortable with the two First Ladies I saw for the Pap smear it was awkward and no reassurance.. but the next two times I came in I got to have Victoria Smith now she’s amazing very comforting any time I have to come back here I will only offer to see her .
The sonographer was late to my appointment, which already put things behind schedule. In addition, she asked me the exact same questions that I had already completed on the intake forms. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand the importance of charting but not with the patient answering as she writes same info in the intake form.
