I walked into help a couple of days ago when my iPhone stopped charging. I’d tried everything. Four different cables, using the little “paper clip” to remove crab in the charging port. Nothing worked.
I took it to I help, he took a look
Said yeah I e got this
And two minutes later charge engaged. A bit of tissue stuck on one side.
When I asked the cost
He said
No cost. I get this 2-3 times a day
It’s great to meet people who are happy to help you when the chips are down. But to do so for zero cost. Hey that’s a business you should be with.

I could not fault this service, fixed issue and then sorted out another issue that came up free of charge. Really responsive and impeccable and knowledgeable service. I have always been wary of phone repair services but wont fault this place and will go back whenever i have issue now.

Went in after being quoted over £70 for a charger port.called up really friendly over the phone brought it in 5 minutes later phone fixed no charger port replacement needed.extra friendly service highly recommended
