We had a great time working with Dave .He's super patient and knows his stuff. He showed us a few different options and was super friendly about making changes based on what we wanted. The whole collaboration was very shiok and hassle-free. Highly recommend him.
I believe in order to make our dream home into a reality, we do need to seek advices from the professional who has the experience and expertise in the industry. Thus, I have decided to engage an ID and worked along with ID Ivan for this home journey of mine. The journey took a few months but I am ok with it as I did not need to move into my new place urgently. There were some works which were not done perfectly by the contractors but as soon as I highlighted to Ivan, he was quick to respond and attended to the matter immediately by getting the contractors back to do the rectification. Communication between owner and ID was really important to ensure the process went smoothly and I achieved that with my ID Ivan. Ivan also did a walk inspection in the unit with home owner at the end of the project to ensure home owner fully satisfied with end results. Truly appreciate his dedication towards the project he engaged (in this case my home journey). Thank you for your suggestion and ideas. Now I have a place which is simple, elegance and most importantly cosy to live in which I can call home.

He does not do short cuts and would advise alternatives and solutions should our ideas are not feasible or over our budget. Our process from first visit till post Reno was smooth. He understands your ideas and conceptualise well. As first time home owner, he help us a lot with things that we may miss out. He is often onsite to help oversee renovation works and rectify any issues immediately. After sales is also responsive due to defect issues and would also ask for the cause of issue after their contractors rectify so he is also aware of issues. The first time I engaged ID gallery was back in 2020 before Covid for some makeover.
Terrance was the one who handled this and gave me lots of advice and suggestions. The project went well and we happy with the quality.

Ok after staying at my new home for 1.5 months, I finally had time to write a review on my ID.
My husband & I selected our unit on 5th Aug & collected our keys on 2nd Sep. So during the period of less than 1 month, we met 10 IDs to find the most suitable for us in terms of vibes & budget.
We hired a defect checker (even tho my ID does it) bcos we still couldn’t decide on which ID to go for and didn’t want to prolong the defects rectification any longer.
Finally, on 23rd Sep we decided on our ID - Ivan from ID Gallery and we’ve never looked back since. Cleared our defects check in the first week of Oct and our hacking started on 7th Oct. (So efficient!)
Told my ID that we need to move in before 18th Dec and he told me “confirm can” 😂 (of cos if only we are swift to decide on choosing of materials & colors etc etc). So Ivan gave us a tentative schedule - that I’ll be able to do my deep cleaning on 2nd Dec and the schedule has never changed since. He managed to complete all the works by 1st Dec with super minimal defects to rectify after moving in.
We moved in on 3rd Dec and had all our electrical/carpentry/painting defect works done in the same week and our house is completed. As we continue to discover more small defects, Ivan also promptly arrange for the specialists to come over and rectify the defects for us.
Here are some pointers I would like to share regarding Ivan and his professionalism:
1. He was prompt in ALL replies, even when he went overseas for a week for his Pre-wedding shoot, he still replies us almost immediately whenever we have a query.
2. There was no mistake in colors/dimensions/placements. He was very thorough and careful.
3. He followed through the timeline he given us and completed all works on time.
4. He was super transparent with the costs and there were no sudden hidden fees.
5. Many of our friends who started reno before us, ended up moving in later than us due to the lack of response from their ID/contractor.
6. Had a lot of friends telling us to try and increase the last payment from 5% to 10% (cos IDs tend to not reply anymore from then cos 5% is insignificant to them) - we didn’t, in-fact we paid the full amount even before the house was ready. And Ivan was still the same 😂 very prompt and efficient!
Ivan is truly is gem and we do not have any scares or horror stories AT ALL. He is efficient, prompt & super responsible. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fuss-free and transparent renovation experience!!
