I received excellent service from iDeal Auto Body. They explained the whole process in detail prior to starting any services. They handled everything with the insurance company. I was updated daily each step of the way when they ordered and received the parts. My car was ready sooner than anticipated. At pickup, they took the time to go over everything once more. I was not rushed at any point while they answered all of my questions. I am really impressed with ther service. Everyone in the shop and the office are welcoming, and friendly. I'm so glad I chose ideal Auto Body, I highly recommend.

This car repair shop has terrible repair skills. They called me to pick up my car, but not only were the old problems not fixed, new ones appeared. Then, because the old problems weren't resolved, they had to redo the repairs, which wasted several days of my time. Then they called me to pick up my car a second time, but the day after I picked it up, other new problems appeared. Eventually, I stopped trusting this shop and went to another one for repairs. It was a waste of time, and the technicians were terrible!

Minor accident in the front bumper, their service is top tier. I needed a front bumper replacement I wanted to add a front lip and they were more than happy to throw it on for me, coming back after the repairs the car looked like new. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work done. Very friendly environment and very willing to work with you pictures below are the before and after.
