We had an old boiler containing Asbestos that we needed removing to unblock a renovation.
Contacted a few companies and ID Asbestos were very competitivly priced.
Fantastic communication from them and they were able to fit us in pretty quickly. They had the boiler out within the space of a morning.

I cannot recommend ID Asbestos highly enough, particularly Jess Gidney and the crew.
From the quotation stage, I had a lot of questions, and every single one was answered thoroughly and patiently. I had contacted three other companies and sent them the same questions. Either they were ignored when the quotations came back or the companies refused to answer them at all. Jess, by contrast, took the time to explain the whole process clearly and reassured me throughout.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jess kept me updated at every stage and remained patient and responsive whenever I had follow-up questions.
On the day the work was due to take place, an unexpected issue was discovered in our loft. The team stopped work immediately and reported it properly. Jess not only kept me fully informed but also went out of her way to contact the appropriate organisations to ensure the correct procedures were followed and a suitable workaround was put in place. By the time I finished work that day, everything had been handled, and I did not need to do anything at all.
The work itself was carried out professionally, and the crew followed our instructions carefully. The level of client care throughout was outstanding.

Really impressed with their service from start to finish. We had a couple of areas tested for asbestos, then had holes safely drilled for plumbing, and an artex ceiling removed.
Great communication throughout, and a really friendly and professional workforce. House was left spotless afterwards.
I would definitely recommend, and feel the price was perfectly fair for a materials in question.
Excellent service and the staff are so lovely. Victoria was an incredible help throughout the process and with arranging a quick appointment.
