Udi at ICS is a gentleman. And an expert in computer technology. He backed up everything on my dying computer hard drive, and helped me out with another computer system. He even found my lost picture of my Dog Waffle and helped me out loading it onto the front screen on my monitor. He addressed my needs. I might add that I drove 50 miles one way just because of his honesty and my faith in his quality and experience in his field. I dropped off the computer at 8:00 a.m and as he promised it was ready at 4:00. I highly recommend Udi and his staff for anyone that is in a jam with their computer. $$$$$$$$$$$ well spent. We don't often need computer repair services, but it's great to know where we can go for honest repair when needed. My daughter's laptop wasn't working right as a result of some Microsoft operating system problem. No way would we ever be able to hack that ourselves. Service was friendly and reasonable. My laptop was not working and the screen was blackout. I had no idea what was happening . I saw this place on my way home from work. I came and he figured out real quick.
