I’ve been working with this company since November 2025. They are very nice on the phone. They’re very helpful on the phone, But they don’t tell you everything. I had to pay more money for a site specific plan and then the plan that I got was nothing more than what they sent me in the first place so I sent it back. They had fixed a couple of things not everything sent it to me which I had to wait a month for sent it to me still not correct I am still waiting on the correct plans. Also just so you know you cannot put a ceiling in and you cannot connect to their metal building. Just a warning. I would not recommend this company and I’ve paid half of the money to them already and now I’m trying to get my money back and I can’t even get my money back so now it’s lawyer time.

Hi Janine,
Since November 2025, we’ve made multiple revisions to your engineered drawings—over four updates in total of which we have paid for those changes without charging anything—based on the feedback and changes requested throughout the process. Our goal has always been to ensure the plans meet both your expectations and the required engineering standards.
Regarding the comment about not being able to install a ceiling or connect drywall directly to the metal building, we respectfully disagree. These elements are absolutely possible when they are properly designed and engineered to suit the specific structure. This is not a limitation of the building itself, but rather something that must be accounted for correctly in the engineering phase, which is exactly what we’ve been working to achieve with your revisions.
We understand that the timeline has been frustrating at times, and we sincerely apologize for any delays you’ve experienced. However, these delays have been caused by the multiple changes to the engineering plans that you have requested. Engineering adjustments—especially site-specific ones—can require careful review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and safety, which can sometimes extend turnaround times. Furthermore, we will not rush the site-specific plans, as the safety of the building is of the utmost importance to ensure it is structurally sound.
Please know that we are committed to working through this with you and reaching a final set of plans that you are satisfied with. We value your business and the opportunity to continue collaborating, and we remain available to discuss any outstanding concerns directly.
We look forward to continuing to work with you toward a successful outcome.
