No repair was initiated. Appreciate Justin checking the AC unit. But, apparently, the repair involved the thermostat which Justin advised was not covered on the warranty and would cost 300. We'll attempt to fix on our own. If further issues are encountered and associated with the unit, I'll advise.

Justin was friendly and efficient at checking my HVAC system to ensure it was running smoothly before summer temps hit. Never felt pressured and he answered any questions I had without issues.
The technician Marco who came for annual maintenance was rude. Instead of listening to customer needs, he was arguing with me. Didnt share what he did and wont recommend this guy to anyone.
