Technician did not explain anything he was doing. Turned off the gas to my furnace with out consulting me. The price to repair the gas valve quoted was extreme considering the actual price range is $300 - $1000. After 15 yrs, I no longer have faith in this company, time to find a new one for my services.

We had an electrical issue with our HVAC system around 11 pm on a 20-degree night. We called Michael Bonsby's 24-hour service line and Marlon from their team was at our home around 10 am the next day. Marlon was very conscientious and identified and fixed the problem quickly, including inspecting the attic and outside units to determine the cause of the problem and fix it. Kudos to both Michael Bonsby and Marlon for their prompt, professional service.
