From the first contact with Shelley at i-motioncaddys, I was very impressed with her knowledge about the product which was a recondition i-m4. The price was within my budget and I quite liked the look and style of the buggy, I did need to have a few alterations, following my conversations with Shelley, these were made so the buggy would fit into my car boot. Shelleys communication through various platform and messaging services were excellent. Delivery was next day following payment which again was excellent. I would not hesitate to use this company again, should I be in the need of an upgraded buggy or indeed for advice about the product.
I have yet to use the buggy on my home course, but I'm confident that it will perform as expected.

It is very responsive to the throttle and it is great to speed to my next shot.
Market Drayton golf course is very hilly. Its hills do not provide any problem for my Journey 4.
I dis a fair amount of research before placing my order with you. The things that made me decide to purchase a Journey 4 was the friendliness and helpfulness of Shelley, the fact that the buggy is manufactured in Staffordshire and it offered the best cost benefit to my requirements.

I first bought from iMotionCaddies in 2017 and have enjoyed great service from them.
My needs have changed with my age and I went straight to iMotionCaddies for their lighter Lithium powered buggy.
I have now got the buggy home and look forward to my first round with it tomorrow.
First rides down the lane suggest it is much lighter and quicker than my old iM4.
The new bag carrier looks to be an improvement and the lightweight battery is the headline feature.
The new style seat is comfortable and with three height settings can accommodate a range of leg lengths.
Time will tell if I use the new feature allowing the bag of clubs to be set at two angles of lean back as well as vertical. A nice option though.
Another new feature for me will be the warning alarm when reversing. Very sensible but I will have to remember when to not move!
I shall miss the beeper I had on the old buggy but my voice will have to do.
Some may wonder why I went straight back to iMotionCaddies for my replacement buggy, but I have been well looked after by Roy over the years and Shelley is very approachable and supportive. I feel like part of the family.

I’ve had to bite the bullet and buy myself an electric golf buggy. After a lot of research and looking at customer reviews I have bought an I-motion Journey buggy from I-motioncaddys. This model is a new addition to their product range but the quality and finish is excellent. They were extremely helpful and built my buggy quickly and delivered it within a week. Their service and communication is first class and I’d recommend them and their products highly.

I've had my IM-4 golf buggy for well over 3 and a half years now with not a hint of any problems. I drive the buggy from my home to my golf course a distance of over a mile, play, and return home on it. I do this once or twice a week except during the winter when I play less often. I admit to weighing over 18 stones and adding the weight of my tour bag and clubs gives the buggy a jolly good test every time I play! As far as I am aware the buggy battery is still in good condition and the buggy still performs as it did when I bought it. Takes about 4 hours to fully recharge. I could not be more impressed with my IM-4 and and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it. It maybe a little more expensive than some of it's competitors but in my experience it's worth it!

As a tall and heavy golfer in my 70's whose knees have given up the unequal struggle, I have owned, rented and borrowed many of the single seat buggies available in the UK. Without doubt, the i-motion i-m4 is the absolute best of the bunch. It is the most reliable, the most comfortable and the most powerful, and also the most practical. It has a great seating position, the front suspension smoothes out all the lumps and bumps, and it is the one that people say looks the best on the course - especially the Claret Red colour. Highly recommended!

Hi I recently bought a caddy from i-motioncaddys based in Staffordshire my wife and I called into there workshop to see the buggy’s. The 2 buggy’s were out to test drive both of them I preferred the I-4 over the journey. Shelly and Roy made us both welcome and they were very informative about there products, I also purchased the ramps so that I could transport it around in my car. The service was excellent and received the buggy on the 4th July.
If you want a quality buggy I-motion caddy’s is the place to go.

Got my new i-M4 Journey few weeks ago so its early days yet but so far I,m impressed with the structural integrity of the buggy - its well made and well put together. One of my concerns prior to purchase was the longevity of the battery - 40Ah - I've checked after each round the the charge remaining has never been less than 68% - so no worries there. The seat is another matter however ! - its extremely comfortable but rather over engineered for what it does and its fixed position (apart from the rathcet mechanism) is not really to my complete satisfaction. I,m 1.75cm so not tall at all and found that I was perched far too close to the steering column - the seat ratchet was as far back as it would go so the only answer was to drill new holes on the seat base to allow the seat to be positioned further back. That worked out fine. As it comes with the seat non-rotatable I found that hard to deal with - a far better option for me was to have the seat rotatable so allowing you to get on and off without having to position your body each and every time to the straight ahead seat. It really is a pity that the seat does not have "detent" at 9/12 and 3 oclock. Ive made mine rotatable by removing the seat fixing bolt and allowing full rotation - not ideal as there is no detent. In any event removing the battery is far easier when seat is lifted off.
Its my opinion that the seat on a golf buggy is not so important to the point that it needs to resemble your lounge armchair - youre on and off the buggy countless times and it should be much lighter. Captains chairs with handles !! - heaven forbid that you hit the ball so far you need to settle down in your chair for a long journey| Im an engineer so threads protruding in excess of 1/2 threads beyond nuts is a no no but that doesnt really concern me - its an observation.
Finally - Im very glad I chose the I-M4 Journey - well made, robust, good price - so far total satisfaction - and I can deal with the seat imperfections. But just wish the seat designer was half as clever as the chassis engineer.
