Chrissy was so lovely and welcoming, and I felt noticeably less anxious after my weekend break - noticed myself coping better with situations that would have sent me into panic previously. Chrissy also gave me some really helpful recordings to help me continue with the work afterwords, and they are also the first thing I've found that's helped me sleep! I started this process with the aim to take control of my weight obsession.
Chrissy helped me understand where this had come from and how to let go of negative beliefs.
However it became much more.
I now have a much healthier relationship with food, choosing healthy options and eating for fuel.
It has also made me recognise that I am enough and as a result I feel much better in all aspects of my life.
I am much kinder to myself and find I can deal with stress far more easily.
UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2025
Since last seeing Chrissy I have experienced her two day retreat staying at her lovely Jacobean farmhouse at Gilbert’s End. We started the stay with a small group reiki relaxation class held in her beautiful beamed living room with a log burner and candles to really set the scene which made you feel cosy and relaxed. This was a fabulous start to the two days and after a very peaceful nights sleep awoke to a Continental style breakfast in my bedroom overlooking the beautiful Malverns. The morning was mine to go for a countryside walk and then return to a personalised hypnotherapy session with Chrissy. I had been feeling stressed and a little anxious and after this hour session I felt thoroughly relieved and more in tune with myself with a more positive attitude towards life in general. Chrissy makes you feel at ease and what she does is amazing. After another comfortable and cosy night the morning held a final group hypnotherapy with reiki session to send us on our way feeling genuinely happier and extremely relaxed .
This whole experience was really wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend this retreat and Chrissy to anyone who feels they need to recharge their batteries with some me time and relaxation . One comes away feeling so much happier - I will love to return.

I was recommended by a friend to try RTT to help me with my claustrophobia when I had to have an hour long MRI scan which had previously sent me into convulsions of fear and sweats - so much so that I would be pressing the emergency button to get me out of the machine after a very short time and at one time the scan had to be aborted completely. Chrissy was a last resort as I was desperate to overcome my irrational fear. She put me at ease and was easy and relaxed to talk to. I then had the session which at all times I was very aware of everything happening around me and afterwards could remember the whole experience and the questions and answers that had been given. I felt no different at that time and as the time came for my scan I was apprehensive but had a sense of calm which I had never had before. As I entered the scanner the session kept replaying in my mind and I continued for the whole scan without pressing the button. The sense of relief and also achievement afterwards was immense. I thank RTT and Chrissy for making it all so very bearable .
I had been feeling really low and suffering with debilitating anxiety and panic for quite a few months. Whilst sat at the doctor surgery, I saw Chrissy’s information for her Hypnotherapy for Happiness practice. I felt I needed to try something different so decided to contact her for a free consultation. I started the five week ‘Finding You’ programme, and for the first few weeks had a bumpy ride. Chrissy supported me daily and together we worked through things. By the end of the program the transformation I felt was nothing short of incredible. I feel like a cloud has been lifted and I am happy and feel so positive. In short, I feel better than I have in a very long time and really feel myself again. I would not hesitate to recommend Chrissy and her hypnotherapy programme to anyone as it is truly powerful. I cannot thank her enough for the change she has made to my life.
I contacted Chrissy as was having some mental health issues that I was putting down to the menopause - anxiety, mild depression, anger issues, irritability along with tiredness, brain fog and forgetfulness. I didn’t know anything about hypnotherapy and tbh I wasn’t sure I believed in it but went along thinking it probably won’t work but what’s the worst that can happen. I had my sessions back in May’24 and purposely left leaving a review straight away as I wanted to see how I still felt 2 months on. I can honestly say I feel great. Even from the 1st session there was a big improvement on my outlook. I was really struggling with work and even thinking of handing my notice in as I was unable to retain information, would be emotional varying from tears to anger and frustration. And now I am struggling to actually remember why I went to see Chrissy (& Raffles!) in the first place. I don’t normally write long reviews but I can highly recommend this form of therapy if you are struggling. I don’t even have any ‘menopausal’ symptoms and bonus my aching neck and back has also disappeared! Just thought I’d pop back here and give a year on’s update. Firstly, where has the year gone?
More importantly though - I’m still feeling great. I would say the only menopausal symptoms I get are the warm flushes. And I can normally associate those with the situation ie alcohol etc
No reoccurrence of the back/neck issues and work wise which I’m doing good. Occasional flare up of the procrastination 🤪 but I’m aware I’m doing it.
I’ll probably give Chrissy a visit for a top up or one of her relaxation treatments but apart from that 👍🏼 so again thanks Chrissy 🩷
The content free hypnosis therapy was great for me. Chrissy made everything feel easy and safe. What I appreciated most was how noninvasive it was, she only asked a few simple questions to guide the hypnosis. I didn’t have to talk about my past or explain all the things I was going through, which made a big difference for me.
That’s actually why I hadn’t asked for help before. I didn’t feel comfortable talking about my personal struggles, so I just tried to deal with everything on my own. But after a while, I started to feel really stuck, anxious, and even physically unwell. I had stomach pain, pressure in my chest, and constant tension with no clear reason. I didn’t feel like going to the doctor because I knew it was more emotional than physical.
Finding this type of therapy was such a relief. It was perfect for me—not having to talk about everything made it so much easier. And it worked quickly too—just five sessions. During the hypnosis, Chrissy helped me let go of the things that were weighing me down, even though we didn’t go into details. It took some time because I had built up a lot inside, but it really worked.
Now, I feel like I’ve found joy again. I’m able to live in the moment, free from guilt, anxiety, pain, and resentment. I feel lighter, happier, and more at peace. Thank you for helping me get there.
Chrissy, provides a calm, relaxing and most importantly a safe environment for your hypnotherapy. I went for some help with my cravings of nicotine withdrawal, as I had stopped smoking cigarettes 3 yrs ago but I was still addicted to nicotine via vapping, but had recently quit this, but felt I needed some level of assistance. Chrissy was brilliant in explaining the the whole process of the hypnotherapy and what I should do during my hypnosis, so as to aid the process. Haven't had any cravings since, and fingers crossed it stays that way. If you approach with an open mind, it will help you no matter your problem.
Well after 3 to 4 months, I can aay that I have Bern in alsots of scenarios where before hypnotherapy i would probably succumbed to having a cigarette/vape but can jow honestly say, that with Chris's help through her hypnotherapy, I have finally kicked the habit for good, domething I was being to think would not happen.
I’d been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks for the past 6 months or so after a very stressful year last year and I decided in February to get in touch with Chrissy who had come highly recommended to me. I have nothing but positive things to say about Chrissy, she is so warm and caring. I would highly recommend going to Chrissy and experiencing hypnotherapy with her. Her warm and understanding personality creates a safe environment in which to relax and be in the moment. I have found using the hypnotherapy sessions she offers for emotional detox really helpful when feeling stressed and upset by life events. Just one session worked to bring a sense of calm back and an ability to reflect on events in a more balanced way. I will certainly be using her again as I’ve found this so helpful. We look after our bodies, it only makes sense to me to look after our emotional wellbeing too.
A few years back I was diagnosed with depression and prescribed sertraline. I believe the symptoms I was experiencing was the perimenopause.
I was suddenly scared of driving in the dark, completely exhausted and suffered from anxiety in situations where I used to thrive. Sertraline did help, but I always felt a little emotionally blunted.
This November I found myself getting into a whole of worrying, waking up in the early hours of the morning and my inner negative thoughts taking over.
