I absolutely loved this restaurant, every aspect exceeded expectations. The food was exceptional, and the hospitality was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
We enjoyed a beautifully seasoned pumpkin soup, exquisite ravioli, and perfectly tender salmon accompanied by a flavorful side dish. The tiramisu, served with a scoop of ice cream, had a delightful hint of crunch that added a unique twist to this classic dessert.
I highly recommend this restaurant✨

Amazing dinner in Weggis! We started with the croquettes and the pumpkin soup(both absolutely delicious). For the mains, the celery medallions and the chicken were outstanding, truly above expectations. Warm, friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Essen war sehr lecker, Personal freundlich - genau die richtige Mischung an Humor, Lockerheit, Aufmerksamkeit und doch zurückhaltend. Interieur ist sehr gemütlich.

Wir haben nun schon zweimal das Restaurant Hyg in Weggis besucht – einmal als Gruppe von rund 12 Köchen und einmal privat mit meiner Familie – und waren beide Male rundum begeistert.
Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Service aufmerksam und herzlich, und das Essen schlicht hervorragend. Besonders die 5 Plates haben uns beeindruckt: jedes Gericht war kreativ, perfekt abgeschmeckt und mit großer handwerklicher Präzision zubereitet. Küchenchef Felix versteht es, höchste Kochkunst mit feiner Technik und exzellenter Ausführung zu verbinden.
Ein Ort, an den wir sehr gerne wiederkommen werden. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf. Liebe Grüsse Severin Stocker

Loved this restaurant! Great atmosphere, wonderful cocktails, delicious meal and friendly service. Loved the salad, crispy chicken, sides and dessert. Highly recommend!

Tolles Dinner!
Das Konzept hat uns sehr zugesagt. Der Sevice is top, junge, motivierte Leute, die mit Herzblut bei der Sache sind.
Das Ambiente ist ansprechend gemütlich.
Das Essen war auf sehr hohem Niveau, sowohl handwerklich als auch von den Zutaten.
Tolle Weine gibt es ebenfalls. Alles in allem ein toller Laden, den man nur wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Wir waren zu dritt im HYG essen und wurden vom Küchenchef,Felix Kattchin, persönlich mit den einzelnen „Gängen“ und Komponenten vertraut gemacht und er hat alles super erklärt, da war der Appetit gleich nochmal größer. Auch kleine Extrawünsche hat die Küchencrew berücksichtigt. DANKE
Der Service , mit Lukas und Kristian , waren ebenso aufmerksam und umsichtig , so dass alles eine Harmonie abgegeben hat.
Für uns war es ein perfekter Genussabend.

Exceptional dishes crafted by Felix Kattchin, a true visionary chef and constant source of inspiration.
The service was outstanding with every detail carefully considered, making us feel like we were in the very best place.
The team was warm, communicative and open minded and guided us to the perfect wine selection. We loved it so much we even took another bottle home. Thank you to the entire team, we will definitely be back soon. 🤍
