I have nothing but praise for Steve and his team. When Steve came to give me a quote it was clear he was someone who excelled at having rapport with his clients. Steve was very professional and explained in detail the process of hydronic heating and outlined clearly the pros and cons of the options available. He did not rush the process but took his time to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. His team members doing the actual installation were exceptional. It was clear that they worked well together which meant it was a very harmonious installation process. Each member of the team was professional, polite and respectful of our house. Steve has obviously worked hard to ensure that each member of the team is not only very good at their job but they are also employed because they have great interpersonal skills. Someone can do a good job - but if you don’t like them you will not find the installation process very pleasant. This is an important consideration when they are in your house for three days. My husband I found the team very friendly and easy to get along with. We live in an extremely cold Victorian house and prior to this installation we heated just the room we were in at the time which very much limited the use of our house in winter. We loved our house in summer but always dreaded the winter months. Now our home is warm and cosy and we love it! Many thanks to Steve and everyone in the team involved in this process - we love our new hydronic heating!

I had to decide between a couple of companies to install my hydronic heating and decided on using Hydronic Heating as they beat all the other quotes. Not only have they beaten others in price but Steve, and a lot of his team, are from the UK where these systems are used everywhere- so they know their stuff. Their professionalism and service has been impeccable. They were on time, with little fuss. They brainstormed any problems that arose during installation and fixed them at no extra cost. More than anything however, Steve and his team are polite and congenial. Good old fashioned service , coupled with humour, that gives one confidence in the human race! They have assured me to call if I require any help I need in the future. Use these guys for your Hydronic Heating and you won’t regret it!

The heating is good, but Stephen's attitude spoils it. He and his gang dirtied our carpet, but there is no way Stephen will accept it, tries to blame everyone and everything else to a point of being insulting. Personally, I would find a more congenial and caring company, if I was to do this. And on top of it we can no longer use this extremely expensive heating, as the cost of gas is prohibitive and the system uses a lot of gas. First month = $1,100!! [Used only at night, up to 24C!]. Wanted to run it on electricity as we have solar panels, but Steven disagreed, insisted on gas.
$14000 totally wasted; now I have a lot of white elephants around my house.......................

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the carpet. It is important to note that we offered to clean it the day before you decided to write the initial review. Upon assessing your situation, we discovered that you run your heating system much hotter than the average person, causing the boiler to run constantly. Your first month's bill is expected to be higher, especially considering your son's comment about seeing initially how hot he could heat the house. We understand that your Vaucluse old home with single glazing was not built with thermal efficiency in mind. We have suggested solutions to improve your thermal efficiency, and an electric solution was considered during our initial meeting. However, due to limited wall space and your son's preference not to touch the floor, it was not a viable option. We also understand that everyone is feeling the effects of the energy crisis.
We had a hydronic floor heating system that had not been working anymore for some time and Steve had good ideas about fixing the system and made sure it was not too expensive. He used his knowledge and creativity to get a well working hydronic system in an efficient way.

Very happy with this company. Steve took my initial enquiry. He impressed me with his professional and helpful approach. Our new Ideal boiler was fitted 2 days later in Katoomba by Jamie who really was fantastic. He did an excellent job and the system works perfectly. Highly recommended.

Steve and his team did a great job installing a heat pump for our underfloor hydronic heating system. Helped us out quickly when we were left with no heating. Know what they are talking about, good communication about requirements and costs. Would definitely recommend for any hydronic heating.
Steve and his team did a brilliant job in installing our new hydronic heating system. They were very professional, as well as polite and conscientious, ensuring our new system was installed with a minimum of fuss and on time. Final costs were crystal clear from the beginning and the advice Steve gave was excellent resulting in no surprises as the job progressed. As for the finished job, hydronic hearing is fantastic!
