the very first conversation to the finished product this week. Jeff was great to work with when he came out for the initial consultation. Answered all of my questions and wasn’t pushing upsells or things I didn’t need at all. Dalton and his crew were so helpful and efficient throughout the install process and even spent extra time reviewing with me to make sure that we were happy with it when it was done. Very pleased with the finished product and if you’re looking for great people to work with that will get the job done right for, use these guys.

My partner Trevor and I were so impressed with our salesperson, Clint Weimann. He was extremely thorough and listened to all of our plans for our newly purchased home and gave us a range of well thought out solutions to address our foundation issues. I was also very impressed with the level of detail that went into our quote, which included a very detailed CAD drawing that Clint made of our basement. As someone from a sales background, I also appreciated that he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics to get us to sign on the dotted line. JJ was completely professional and knowledgeable! After he was finished with his inspection, he broke down everything clearly and even told me about different incentives to lower price. I think it takes a special soul to voluntarily go into someone’s nasty, creepy dungeon and still come out so friendly.

Clint Weimann conducted a site inspection for a foundation issue. He was prompt in his inspection and kept us informed of his arrival time. He was honest about what should be done and did not try to sell us services that we did not need. He spent time with us educating us on things we should be aware of and how to monitor for them. We will definetly contact him if we need services in the future.

I was really impressed by the knowledge and presentation of HydroHelp911's representative Clint Weimann. First, he spent a good deal of time mapping out my 2000+ square foot basement, taking measurements and water saturation readings. He noted various cracks that had started in the walls. He also checked the plumb of the basement walls. Using the data he had collected, Clint worked to come up with viable options to permanently solve my basement's waterproofing issues. He also informed me of HydroHelp911's annual check-ups for 5 years following the completion of the job and of the lifetime warranty that can be transferred if I were to sell my house in the future. Based on all these factors, I feel confident that I have made a wise decision to have HydroHelp911 waterproof my basement.

HydroHelp911 did an outstanding job with the drainage and wood repairs in our crawlspace. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Michael, the sales engineer who came out to assess our home, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and never used any high‑pressure tactics — a rare and refreshing experience.

Dustin is incredibly patient and thorough in explaining what needs to be done, as well as why and how. I appreciate that he took the time to address questions on how the plan will effect my site (tree roots, water line, etc) I'll do my due diligence with getting additional quotes, as is only reasonable. There were some sales tactics that somewhat undermine my confidence in the proposed plan. If it's the right solution at a fair price, the company doesn't need to do that stuff. Dustin, though, is a great guy to work with. Five stars for him!
